Flowers

As I drove out of Lake Ashton just past the guard house, we notice the beautiful flowers on the right hand side and talk on how lovely they were.  The next day they were dug up and new ones were being planted.  What is going on here?  Money is just being throw away.  Sounds like a kickback to me.  Who is in charged? This place is changing fast and everyone is turning a blind eye.  The CDD committee is a circus, no education, no experience,  just big spenders.
