Missing Money
Look at all the money. Where did it all go? It should have gone to charity but it went to take the boys out and to buy votes thanks to all the Bingo Players.

It's great to be able to walk in the road because there are no side walks, roads are very narrow, these are PUBLIC roads and we pay all the repairs. Think about it Public Roads. City of Lake Wales pays nothing. We all have been screwed by the Developer, yes screwed. There are so many people here think highly of this guy. He is here to make a buck, cares little about you if any, you never see him, doesn't show his face. What does he look like? Is is white or black. Are they crazy. They are as crazy as he is. He has security gate attendants getting pay and they can't stop any one from getting in. They are useless. We pay the developer $14.00/hr and he pays them $8.00. What a deal. We been screw again. There are many in this community that think highly of this guy. What nuts!

( BUT ) WHY is the HOA BOD afraid of him ? This sounds almost like a group of Mafia Family. From the review of all your postings on the bank accounts, I must feel there is a definite explanation required by Mr and Mrs Pontious.
The board must feel they are also in violation if they continue to ignore the obvious.
Lets hope this is cleared up...Guilty or Innocent ? The residents and all the players have a right to know where their money was spent.

Mr King....I hope you agree. The Residents, Bingo Players, Volunteers will be happy to have this Bingo Issue behind us.
Lets hope the Subpoena of Paul Pontious's Bingo records at eh Center State Bank will bring an end to a nasty battle.
What I cant understand is WHY is Paul Pontious still showing up at the Bingo Games each Monday nite ?
Was he not removed from that position by the HOA BOD and HOA Attorney ?
Just his presence seems to be a willful refusal to get this behind all of us , dont you agree ?
Why is he still there ? I am surprised the HOA BOD permits his action, whether he is guilty or innocent until the matter is cleared up.

5: He keeps all the income from the storage RV building and lot rentals.

8: He keeps all the income from the ADS placed in the Lake Ashton Times. CDD does not get or keep a red cent.
9: CDD pays him $150,000 for common ground maintenance per year. It could be done for half that amount. What a deal.
10. He worked out a deal with Lake Wales City Commissioners.... No Sidewalks, No Walking paths, No Softball field....All on the original plans he promised. He build the roads as narrow as possible to save a buck. He cares less if you get hit by a car walking in the road as long as he saves a buck.
11: In his deal, he and the City all agreed to let the home owners pay for ALL PUBLIC ROAD REPAIRS..here in the Lake Wales Community

WE ALL KNOW THAT JOE HUNTER IS OUT OF THE EAST. BUT DID YOU KNOW HE WILL MANAGE THE WEST. THAT IS WHY HE HAS A OFFICE IN THE SALES BUILDING. THEY JUST CAN'T GET RID OF THIS 'DO NOTHING' JOE HUNTER. WE ARE STILL PAYING THIS 'DO NOTHING' TO DO NOTHING. HE GETS PAID $139,000/ YEAR FOR DOING LESS THEN NOTHING.
TRISH ADAMS WILL STILL STAY ON THE MANAGEMENT POST UNTIL SHE IS ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER JOB. TO PAY HER $90,000 A YEAR IS DAMN CRAZY.

Bingo Paul has missing money!
Dec 11, 2007 deposit is only $18.00. What happen to the rest of the money??????? I guess he went to the Dairy Queen. Repent now Paul, tell every one where the money went.
