The developer a few years ago wanted NO trucks in the driveway.  What a actor.  He wanted everyone to have a BMW's, Mercedes or  Rolls Royce parked in everyone's driveway just so he can sell his homes at our expense.  Then he goes out and hangs animal heads in the billiard room.  After we all bought our homes he steals them and displayed them again so he can lure other suckers at other places to buy his homes. What a jerk and you fell for it.  Joe Hunter loves him.  And would you believe no one file a complain with the police.  Oh my word.

The restaurant will be turn over to us in October.  Is he going to steal all our pots, pans and silverware?

Yes, he loves us and uses us and you don't give a damn.  Pay your MX and shut up.  He needs your money.

NO ONE CARES

There is enough said and done here at LAKE ASHTON.  You have June Young that controls the web site.  She will shut you off in a second if she dislikes you. You can't sent her any letters they just go in the trash.   You have Jack Van Sickle and his wife that loves to call the police on you.  Take my word Jack they will be knocking on his door soon.  You have Bingo Paul who went to see the State Attorney of Florida with NO RECORDS in hand.  How dumb can you be?  Lets face it Bingo Paul never kept records.  All he did was steal the Bingo money from the Bingo players and use it on himself and his friends.  You have the developer who charges twice the fee and give us double the less service.  He is still billing us for his MX crap.  NO ONE does anything.  You know why?  No on cares.  Now we have road problems, the developer just doesn't give a damn.  Again we have to pay for the repairs FOR PUBLIC ROADS, THANKS TO THE DEVELOPER.  The bowling alley is another stick it to you.  The developer used all second hand equipment building this thing.  Again we get screw by the residence and the developer.  We are getting screwed from all sides.  As you know the club house was to be a foot or so above ground.  He left it on ground level.  Yes we are being had from everyone.   Joe Hunter never done anything, nothing, and he was being paid  $139,000 a year.  What a hell of a place this is, no one cares!  EVERYONE IS WALKING AROUND BLIND AND DEAF.

Why would those fees now, not be reduced Since they have been dumped ?

Why would we not get competitive bids for a new management company ?

Mr King... The high cost of landscape money in the past was due to the company doing the landscape maintanence was owned by none other than Larry Maxeell and our good friend Mark Schrieber. The CDD Meeting held on Monday 6/27, several.Companies Bid for Lake Ashton Landscape.They Bid from $170,000.00-$135,000.00,and $125,000.00.We pay now $230,000.00 for landscape services.How come we pay $230,000.00 for Landscape Services and never try to get another company for $100,000.00 cheaper?Is because somebody was getting money under the table?

The State Attorney office wanted to see Bingo Paul and his records, Would you believe he left all his records home.  How dumb can you get.  Now he is being called down again to bring his records, if he has records.  He is going to get the chair.  Bingo Paul troubles are just beginning.  We have a bunch of crooks on the HOA and the CDD.  How in hell can they get elected knowing they are a bunch of crooks.  Wake up residents.

This quarter not much has happened due to the snowbirds departure, but there are a number of truths, half-truths and rumors that need to be set straight.

 

Those who were dumb enough to believe that a Detective Second Grade could stop a criminal investigation, this update is for you;  Mr. Paul Pontious and Attorney Dan Perry were called to States Attorney’s Office regarding a criminal investigation of Bingo.  As usually, Mr. Perry operated outside his oath, went to the interrogation representing Mr. Pontious and the HOA who arguably could be seen as co-conspirators in the cover up.  You can verify this update with the States Attorney’s office, Mr. Dan Perry and Mr. Paul Pontious. 

 

As you know the rumor mill has slowed a bit.  The reason must of the carpetbaggers are concerned with their vulnerability.  But there is an interesting rumor that is circulating within the community, that Dick Ralls was caught cutting the chain on the door of the restaurant and was subsequently arrested and carted off to jail.  Carpetbaggers as you know, are lairs, but you don’t know they have no imagination or check any facts before starting their rumors. 

 

For your information Mr. Ralls and four other members of Lake Ashton, found the main door of the restaurant unlocked and open.  They then called Security, went in side and waited for Security to arrive.  One of Mr. Ralls party was a CDD Supervisor and the other two parties will be reveled upon request.

 

As you know, there has NEVER been a chain on the front door of the Restaurant and therefore could not have been cut.  Because there is a possibility that this could wind up in a Civil Slander Suit, please contact the Lake Wales Police Department, the Polk County Sheriffs Office, and George Flint.

 

Another matter of interest is the theft, by our Developer and his lackey, of over $20,000 dollars worth of Taxidermy from our billiard room during June 2011.  It is interesting that there has been no police report by George Flint, the CDD or the HOA, who is supposed to be the security arm of Lake Ashton.  This lack of concern regarding the protection and security of our property is a graveconcern with many Lake Ashton families.

Yes, Bingo Paul is not out of the woods yet.  He was called to court last week and he took the HOA attorney Dan Perry with him.  Why are we paying this attorney when Bingo Paul took it upon himself to spend the Bingo players money?  Bingo Paul should be paying all the attorney bills himself.  What a bunch of crooks we have here at Lake Ashton.

Yes, he is still being investigated.  He should plead guilty and get the chair.

Senior citizens are constantly being criticized for every conceivable deficiency of the modern world, real or imaginary.. We know we take responsibility for all we have done and do not blame others.

 

HOWEVER, upon reflection, we would like to point out that it was   NOT  the senior citizens who took:

 

The   melody out of music,

The   pride out of appearance,

The   courtesy out of driving,

The   romance out of love,

The   commitment out of marriage,

The   responsibility out of  parenthood,
The   togetherness out of the family,
The   learning out of education,
The   service out of patriotism,
The   Golden Rule from rulers,
The   nativity scene out of cities,
The   civility out of behavior,
The   refinement out of language,
The   dedication out of employment,
The   prudence ! out of spending,
The   ambition out of achievement or
God out of government and school.

 

And we certainly are NOT   the ones who eliminated   patience   and tolerance from personal relationships and interactions with others!!

 

And, we do understand the meaning of patriotism,
and remember those who have fought and died for our country.  
Just look at the Seniors with tears in their eyes and pride in their hearts as they stand   at attention with their hand over their hearts!
