This Monday, I will be in touch with the State Attorney Office telling them that our tax money was never return to us.  Also that the people that sold their homes never got their fair share of this money.  The CDD seems to think this money belongs to them.   $190,000 Missing

I find it very, very sad that Tricia Adams did not publish anything on the late Jeff Salvin, who pass away late last year and who was president of the CDD for two years.  HE GAVE A GREAT DEAL OF HIS TIME FOR THIS COMMUNITY.  This Tricia Adams is a very sick girl.  Go see a doctor Tricia, you need one bad, but there is no hope for you.  You want to screw everyone and it was you that got me ban FROM THE CLUB HOUSE, YOU WITCH.

$190,000 Tax refund IS MISSING AND IS BEING KEPT BY THE CDD

We the tax payers in this community paid lawyers to get our tax money back from the city on the clubhouse because it is used has a meeting place for this community and therefore should not be taxed.  We won the suit.  But where is the money?  Guess who's got it?  The CDD.  Why are they keeping it?  We the taxpayer paid  the taxes and none of us got our refund tax back.  We are all  required to get our refund tax money back.  Why are they keeping it?  Like I said before, the management of this community are very dishonest.  Al Capone would feel right at home.  WHERE IS OUR REFUND TAX MONEY?  Everyone is entitle to $200.00 or more.  BAN THE CLUB HOUSE!

This community "Lake Ashton" has complete control over you

Please understand what is going on in here.  Van Sickle's called the police on me because of my blog.  They also called the police on the guys playing poker at the HFC clubhouse.  Their blog stop you from posting your  remarks on their web site.  "Comments by residents"  You are not allow to say anything!  Shut up.  They only tell you what they want you to hear.  Now they ban me from the clubhouse for no reason at all.  My card was left in the library with 500 others and it said  "MAKING THIS A BETTER COMMUNITY"  See card below!.   I guess they don't want me to spoil their fun!  What are they afraid of?  The elections we had were fixed.  Paul Pontious bank records showed that he stole thousands of dollars, missing, from 50/50 and Bingo, kept no records, paid no taxes, fill up his gas tank, with gas, fill his ice box with food, bought hundreds of T-shirts at top dollar at the  Golf house,  and took all his buddies out to the Brazilian  restaurant at $75.00 a plate by bus, and to many other restaurants also.     Now they are on the HOA and the CDD board and are in complete control of the community.  This community is going down hill fast.
Now you have Trish Adams who brings in paid vendors from the outside on Mondays Morning Coffee meetings who is related to the developer, who is in complete control of all the activities in the clubhouse.  She and her management friends and CDD  board get 50% off their meals at the Ashtons.  The residents paid the other 50%.  Wake up  residents  and lets tell them its about time we can say a few words.  We are all done being silent.   She has all these vendors come in on Monday Morning and sell their goods.  What a useless meeting and its none of our business she says. Never use to be like this.


Effective today, I am asking all residents to stop going to the Monday morning coffee meetings and Monday night Bingo, the CDD and the HOA meetings.   Also avoid  going to the Asthons restaurant.  Why should we pay the other 50%?  United we stand, divided we fall.  If we all stand together we can bring this community together again like the good old days.

Next day hung me by the arms...rebroke my right wrist...wiped

Out the nerves in my arms that control the hands....rolled my fingers

So I started answering with some incredible lies.

Dear Senators, The Committee on Regulated Industries will hear today community association bill S 680, sponsored by Senator Ellyn Bogdanoff. I guess everybody familiar with the issues of these associations knows that legislative reforms are desperately needed. Just read the headlines of two major Florida newspapers from this weekend: Homeowners association pursues extreme option -- foreclosure -- against Korean War veteran (Orlando Sentinel) Naples Estates residents frustrated at 13-year legal fight to purchase community (Naples News) While the foreclosure could be avoided - not thanks to our government or the laws regulating HOAs, with the outpour of legal and financial help from neighbors and owner-friendly attorneys who were disgusted that something like this can happen in our society.   In the case of the 13-year legal battle we can be pretty sure that most of the retirees will be dead before a solution is reached - after spending most of their retirement life fighting in courts for their dream-home in the Sunshine. These are the headlines that are making national news. Do you honestly believe that retirees looking to relocate will chose Florida after reading these headlines? This is just one weekend! This article shows why reforms are desperately needed: 1 in 3 Florida retirees who receive Social Security survive solely on government checks (Sun Sentinel). A wide majority of these retirees live in community associations and can no longer pay the ever increasing monthly dues and special assessments caused by unpaid dues and foreclosures, caused by banks and mortgage lenders dragging their feet. These retirees are losing their homes.       Senator Charlie Dean listened to the outrageous accusations made by retirees about problems in their communities during the meeting of the Marion County Legislative Delegation. Senator Dean expressed his outrage about these abuses and promised to help with legislative reforms. Group to government: Watch developers (Ocala Star Banner) At the same meeting an attorney from Katzman Garfinkel & Berger claimed that CAN - the lobbying arm of KG&B -- is a non-profit organization that represents over 60,000 homeowner and condominium associations throughout the state. Not only is that absolutely NOT TRUE, in my opinion they can be happy if they have the actual support of about 600 real people. CAN (KG&B) and CALL (Becker & Poliakoff) are the driving forces behind this bill, claiming to represent the wishes of community associations. If you really read the bill, you will see that absolutely nothing in this bill will help associations/owners deal with the financial crisis. There are a lot of provisions in this bill that will help attorneys and other service providers, at the expense of your constituents, the homeowners and condo owners. Please help your constituents by adding a few provisions that will really have an impact on people living in community associations. Your constituents need help, but so far S680 does nothing to help them. Please read the linked articles and you will realize that these folks really need the help of their Senators. Last year, Jeff Salvin, president of the CDD here at Lake Ashton pass away.  The L A Times never once told the residents he pass away.  This was about 2 months before he had his last appearance at the CDD meeting.
Barbara Salvin decided to write an article about her late husband and gave it to the The Ledger to be published.

On Jan 6, 2012 I received a letter from Jan Carpenter a lawyer on the board of the CDD at Lake Ashton in Lake Wales.   It said that my privileges here at Lake Ashton has  been suspended or in other words "suspension and termination of privileges"and that I was no longer allowed in the Lake Ashton  clubhouse.  All this because I left my card in a basket with 500 other  cards in the library of the club house.  The card clearly reads "feel free to make a comment. News is always welcome.  News on Lake Ashton, etc.  Making this community a better place to live.  see lakeashtontalk.blogspot.com

It seems that this Lake Ashton community wants no one to know what is going on in here.    This community   tell you the news but you can't tell them the news.  No one in this community knows what the real truth is.

I feel that my first amendments rights and freedom of speech  has indeed been violated.  For them to accuse me of placing my business card telling the residents where to go to read the news of this community.  This is communism, where they tell you but you can't tell them or else.  This clubhouse is also used as a voting place for candidates.  I can no longer vote because I am no longer allowed in the clubhouse.  My voting rights has been suspended.

How much love does the developer give the golf residents?

If you were a resident and wanted to play golf for one day with your out of state friend, you would have to pay $100.00 and since he is not a resident he would only pay $40.00  What a  deal!  Hay, this is love, right?   Screw the resident and love the out of state guy.

Every morning Tricia Adams looks at the video film to see who comes and go in the clubhouse and to the restaurant.    She gets paid $80,000 or more a year TO LOOK AT VIDEO?  You guess it, yes to look at video. I give up, and you the residents are paying for it.  I give up.

Paul Smith is no longer the Dining Manager at the Ashtons, He did not work out, he is fired.  Is Joe Hunter around?

If you wanted to see the menu, it is posted outside the door without the prices.  When you walk in they hand you the menu with the prices.  Big Shock.  You have to pay for Tricia Adams, CDD  and the management, so they increase the price of the food.  Miguel Suazo is still the cook, so its the same old food.  Would I eat there?  NO  This community will never change, it so corrupt that Al Capone would be right at home here.  WOULD HE ENJOY THE FOOD?  NO   Stay away from the restaurant and lets tell them full price for everyone. STAY AWAY.  THANKS      Tell them we mean business.

HOA has $250,000 in their bank account

He has been noted that the HOA has $250,000 in their personal HOA account.  Paul Pontious wanted to have a credit card made for him so at any time he can access the HOA account.  First it was Bingo money and now the HOA bank account.  I smell a rat. What in Hell is the HOA doing with this amount of money?  A investigation must be made.  Residents wake up, I am not making this up.  WAKE UP!  THIS COMMUNITY IS SO CROOKED THAT A FBI INVESTIGATION SHOULD BE INVOLVED
NOW YOU KNOW WHY I CALL THIS COMMUNITY "GIVE ME YOUR MONEY COMMUNITY" AND SHUT UP.  They only tell you what they want you to hear.

Jan Carpenter, $1,000 fee on the CDD

We pay Jan Carpenter $300.00/hr being on the CDD board or $1,000 a meeting for doing nothing, yes nothing, just to let me know I am no longer welcome in the clubhouse.  What the hell does she do?  Nothing!.  I say get rid of her and George Flint.  He must get the same also.  Each member of the board gets $50.00 a meeting.  When I say 50% of all the money they collect goes for Lawyers and management.   Here is your proof.  They hate my Blog.

There is no argument: Your association is a corporation, meaning a business. Many people buying into these communities don't understand that. But it's easy to explain: If your association fails, so does your investment. Families lost their homes, despite paying every bill they agreed upon, because other neighbors didn't pay and the association couldn't pay the utility bills.
