- VERY BRAVE MAN JOKES ---
How do you turn a fox into an elephant?
Marry It!
What is the difference between a battery and a woman?
A battery has a positive side.
Why is the space between a woman's breasts and her hips called a waist?
Because you could easily fit another pair of tits in there..
How do you make 5 pounds of fat look good?
Put a nipple on it.
Why do women fake orgasms ?
Because they think men care.
What do you say to a woman with 2 black eyes?
Nothing, she's been told twice already.
If your wife keeps coming out of the kitchen to nag at you, what have you done wrong?
Made her chain too long
Why is a Laundromat a really bad place to pick up a woman?
Because a woman who can't even afford a washing machine will probably never be able to support you.
Why do women have smaller feet than men?
It's one of those 'evolutionary things' that allows them to stand closer to the kitchen sink.
Why do men pass gas more than women?
Because women can't shut up long enough to build up the required pressure.
If your dog is barking at the back door and your wife is yelling at the front door, who do you let in first ?
The dog, of course. He'll shut up once you let him in.
Scientists have discovered a food that diminishes a woman's sex drive by 90%..
It's called a Wedding Cake.
Why do men die before their wives?
They want to.
U.S. attorney accuses 27 in South Florida of mortgage fraud |
Article Courtesy of The Miami Herald By TOLUSE OLORUNNIPA Published August 4, 2011 U.S. Attorney Wilfredo Ferrer announced charges in four separate cases against South Floridians accused of participating in various mortgage fraud schemes.Four separate indictments were unsealed Tuesday by the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Miami accusing 27 people in various mortgage fraud schemes against banks and South Florida homeowners. The charges range from mail fraud to insurance fraud to arson, and highlight the problems that South Florida faces as the nation’s top market for mortgage loan fraud, U.S. Attorney Wilfredo Ferrer said. “We keep leading the nation in mortgage fraud, and that is something we are working to stem,” he said. “The perpetrators of this fraud have infiltrated every level of the mortgage industry.” The schemes unveiled Tuesday resulted in more than $30 million in bad Two of the cases involve typical mortgage fraud schemes, with straw buyers using falsified loan applications to buy homes at inflated prices while the fraud orchestrators pocketed large portions of the bank loans. According to the first unsealed indictment, businessman Luis A. Oramas, loan processor Mariela Hernandez, closing agent Elayne Gutierrez, all of Miami-Dade County, and real estate agent Keskea Hernandez-Frei, of Broward County, recruited 13 straw buyers to orchestrate a $20 million fraud on mortgage lenders. From January 2006 to March 2008, the group purchased 22 properties in Miami-Dade using bogus loan documents and taking out multiple loans on some properties. Straw buyers allegedly received kickback payments of $30,000 to $100,000 for the use of their The second unsealed indictment describes a similar scheme, allegedly carried out in Palm Beach County by mortgage professionals Ghaith Al Nahar, of Lake Worth, Michelle Austin-Wilks, of Boca Raton and Romy Defay, of West Palm Beach. That case involves more than $9.2 million in bank loans for homes bought by straw buyers, the indictment states. “Criminals are always looking for new ways to exploit vulnerabilities and devising new methods to defraud,” said John V. Gillies, special agent with the FBI’s Miami office. A third indictment describes several crimes on a single property, including mail fraud, arson and insurance fraud. According to the indictment: Gerardo Wilhelm, a Miami real estate agent, bought a Doral townhouse in 2006 using falsified employment information. When he could not keep up with the payments and the bank began to foreclose in 2007, he allegedly conspired with two others to burn down the home and collect $180,000 in insurance coverage. In 2009, Wilhelm engaged in a fraudulent short sale of the property, selling it to a friend for $77,000, despite the fact that he owed $300,000 on the mortgage. A year after the sale, the buyer transferred the property to a company controlled by Wilhelm. That company, whose vice president is Wilhelm’s mother, sold the townhome in March for $240,000. Lenders lost as much as $500,000 due to the various frauds, according to the indictment. A fourth case charges Miami attorney David Donet Sr. with misappropriating more than $1 million in client funds during the closing process of real estate transactions. Instead of using the proceeds of a client’s Of the 27 defendants charged, 25 are in custody. If convicted, the defendants could each face 20 years in prison. Here are the names of the straw buyers charged in these cases: Ana Taveras, Joaquin Gomez, Manuel Valdes, Yudith Padilla, Ivan Padilla, Martha Fernandez, Maribel Diarth, Carlos Sanchez, Ivett Lorenzo, Guillermo Rivero, Napoleon Cadalzo, Hisamara Esponda, Rafael Bonne, Lucien Laguerre, Jeffery Gilbert and Philip Jay Newman. “If someone is willing to pay money for the use of your name or your credit information, that should send a clear signal to you that it could be, and most likely is, a fraud,” Ferrer said. In the arson case, Juan J. Flores and Alejandro Figueredo are charged with conspiracy to commit arson. Florida has led the nation in mortgage fraud for the past five years, with South Florida ranking as the most active metropolitan area in the state last year, according to research by the LexisNexis Mortgage Asset Research Institute. The Mortgage Fraud Task Force, a multi-agency group launched in 2007 to root out mortgage criminals, said it has prosecuted more than 600 scam artists in the last four years. |

Orlando continues to struggle with a bigger share of underwater homes than any other metro area in foreclosure-scarred Florida.
More than 54 percent of the mortgaged houses in the four-county metropolitan area are worth less than what remains on theirloans , according to a report prepared for the Orlando Sentinel by the real-estate-research company CoreLogic Inc.
The state overall trails only Nevada and Arizona in having the highest rate of "negative equity" houses, with 46 percent of Florida's mortgaged-housing stock unable to sell for the amount owed. Real-estate values have collapsed more in the state than in most others, driving down prices while driving up foreclosures and short sales.
The decision to continue making payments on a deeply indebted home has placed added stress on many Central Florida families.
Retiree Dorothy Nypiuk has not missed any of the $2,400 monthly payments on the $287,000 house she and her husband bought in theConway area more than a decade ago. They are struggling to pay the mortgage along with their medical bills, but at this point they aren't ready to walk away from the house, even though it is now worth only about $200,000.
"My husband doesn't want to do that," she said earlier this week. "He has a hobby: He works in the garage on radio-controlled airplanes. If we let the house go, what would he do? Where would he go? It would be just like putting him in a coffin someplace."
Other Florida metro areas aren't far behind Orlando in having large shares of underwater houses, but even a few percentage points can make a significant difference in the way a local market recovers, said Sam Khater, CoreLogic's senior economist.
The rate of over-mortgaged residential properties in Florida's other metro area ranged from 46 percent to 48 percent during the first quarter in Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami and, closer to home, Volusia and Brevard counties.Tallahassee had the state's healthiest housing market, with just one-third of its properties underwater.
Florida homeowners have $90 billion in equity in their homes and still owe $723 billion on them, according to CoreLogic.
Every percentage decline in an area's median home price translates into a percentage increase in the share of houses with debt that exceeds their value, Khater said.
The over-leveraged market is the result of sharp declines in housing prices since the middle of the past decade, he said. Orlando home prices have fallen 54 percent from what the company considers the local market's peak in September 2006.
Orlando's unusually large share of debt-laden houses does not necessarily indicate that the market will continue to erode, because the economy is not in a free fall, Khater said. But "strategic defaults," which occur when homeowners who could keep makingmortgage payments choose not to, will continue to occur in Central Florida, he said.
Maitland real-estate agent Dan Duff said Central Floridians' attitudes about losing their homes have changed a lot since the market began its slide four years ago.
"First there was the shame factor, and then came the mad factor, when they tried to destroy their houses to get back at the banks," Duff said. "In the last 18 months to 2.5 years, it's been about strategic foreclosures. ... Just about everybody knows the banks aren't going to come after them. There's too many people out there, and the banks haven't come after them all yet."
The average person with negative equity in a home nationwide is $65,000 underwater, though the average in Metro Orlando is almost certainly higher.
"If you're upside down $80,000 to $85,000, you're looking at an extended period of time to become right-side up," Khater said. "They look at the calculus and say, 'I'm so far upside down that I'm not going to see the light of day. Why should I keep paying when I can move down the street or across the street and get the same home for much less, either buying or renting?' "
Once the difference between your mortgage debt and the value of your house reaches $100,000, your options — other than foreclosure — are very limited, he added.

Assistant attorney general resigns after memo blasting office |
Article Courtesy of The Palm Beach Post By Kimberly Miller Published August 12, 2011 Andrew Spark, an assistant attorney general in the Tampa office of economic crimes, resigned yesterday following his release of a 16-page memo he wrote about multiple grievances he has with the Florida attorney general’s office.Spark said his memo, which he e-mailed to media outlets, was motivated by the forced resignations of former state Spark also mentions the resignation of former attorney general staffer Joe Jacquot, who went to work with Lender Processing Services _ another company under investigation by the state _ and concerns he has about his investigations of two “The people of the State of Florida are entitled to fair and honest government, independent of personal connections and powerful interests,” wrote Spark, whi has worked for the attorney general for about seven years. Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi said Spark was the subject of an ongoing investigation for using the services of a business he was investigating. “It is exceptionally troubling for the people of Florida that Spark’s memo disclosed information pertaining to active investigations into foreclosure-related businesses that could compromise those cases,” Bondi said. Bondi said her office tried to place Spark on administrative leave while the inspector general investigated the public dissemination of information on active investigations, but he resigned before they could do so. Spark said Tuesday he had a feeling he would be fired after his memo went out. “I’m certainly taking a chance,” he said. “But I feel like almost everything I’ve tried to accomplish there has been squelched.” |

"I am one of them", Obama. This is supposedly the video that FOX NEWS has been trying to air that is constantly blocked by the administration. Watch this QUICKLY--before it gets pulled -- if your stomach allows it.

This morning I went to sign my dogs up for welfare. At first the lady said,
"Dogs are not eligible to draw welfare." So I explained to her that my dogs
Are mixed in color, unemployed, can't speak English and have no earthly
Clue who their daddy's are. They expect me to feed them, provide them with
Housing and medical care. So she looked in her policy book to see what it takes To qualify. My dogs get their first checks on Friday. Darn, this is a great country!

Israeli Psychologist on Obama
Dr. Sam Vaknin is an Israeli psychologist. Interesting view on our president.Dr. Vaknin has written extensively about narcissism.
Dr. Vaknin States "I must confess I was impressed by Obama from the first time I saw him. At first I was excited to see a black candidate. He looked youthful, spoke well, appeared to be confident -- a wholesome presidential package. I was put off soon, not just because of his shallowness but also because there was an air of haughtiness in his demeanor that was unsettling.. His posture and his body language were louder than his empty words. Obama's speeches are unlike any political speech we have heard in American history. Never a politician in this land had such quasi "religious" impact on so many people.
The fact that Obama is a total incognito with Zero accomplishment, makes this inexplicable infatuation alarming. Obama is not an ordinary man. He is not a genius. In fact he is quite ignorant on most important subjects."
Dr. Sam Vaknin, the author of the Malignant Self Love believes "Barack Obama appears to be a narcissist." Vaknin is a world authority on narcissism. He understands narcissism and describes the inner mind of a narcissist like no other person. When he talks about narcissism everyone listens. Vaknin says that Obama's language, posture and demeanor, and the testimonies of his closest, dearest friends suggest that the man is either a narcissist or he may have narcissistic personality disorder (NPD).
Narcissists project a grandiose but false image of themselves. Jim Jones, the charismatic leader of People's Temple, the man who led over 900 of his followers to cheerfully commit mass suicide and even murder their own children was also a narcissist. David Koresh, Charles Manson, Joseph Koni, Shoko Asahara, Stalin, Saddam, Mao, Kim Jong Ill and Adolph Hitler are a few examples of narcissists of our time. All these men had a tremendous influence over their fanciers. They created a personality cult around themselves and with their blazing speeches elevated their admirers, filled their hearts with enthusiasm and instilled in their minds a new zest for life. They gave them hope! They promised them the moon, but alas, invariably they brought them to their doom.
When you are a victim of a cult of personality, you don't know it until it is too late. One determining factor in the development of NPD is childhood abuse "Obama's early life was decidedly chaotic and replete with traumatic and mentally bruising dislocations,"says Vaknin. "Mixed-race marriages were even less common then. His parents went through a divorce when he was an infant two years old. Obama saw his father only once again, before he died in a car accident. Then his mother re-married and Obama had to relocate to Indonesia , a foreign land with a radically foreign culture, to be raised by a step-father. At the age of ten, he was whisked off to live with his maternal (white) grandparents. He saw his mother only intermittently in the following few years and then she vanished from his life in 1979. "She died of cancer in 1995."
One must never underestimate the manipulative genius of pathological narcissists. They project such an imposing personality that it overwhelms those around them. Charmed by the charisma of the narcissist, people become like clay in his hands. They cheerfully do his bidding and delight to be at his service. The narcissist shapes the world around himself and reduces others in his own inverted image. He creates a cult of personality. His admirers become his co-dependents. Narcissists have no interest in things that do not help them to reach their personal objective. They are focused on one thing alone and that is power. All other issues are meaningless to them and they do not want to waste their precious time on trivialities. Anything that does not help them is beneath them and does not deserve their attention.
If an issue raised in the Senate does not help Obama in one way or another, he has no interest in it. The "present" vote is a safe vote. No one can criticize him if things go wrong. Those issues are unworthy by their very nature because they are not about him.
Obama's election as the first black president of the Harvard Law Review led to a contract and advance to write a book about race relations. The University of Chicago Law School provided him a lot longer than expected and at the end it evolved into, guess what? His own autobiography! Instead of writing a scholarly paper focusing on race relations, for which he had been paid, Obama could not resist writing about his most sublime self. He entitled the book Dreams from My Father.
Not surprisingly, Adolph Hitler also wrote his own autobiography when he was still a nobody. So did Stalin. For a narcissist no subject is as important as his own self. Why would he waste his precious time and genius writing about insignificant things when he can write about such an august being as himself?
Narcissists are often callous and even ruthless. As the norm, they lack conscience. This is evident from Obama's lack of interest in his own brother who lives on only one dollar per month.. A man who lives in luxury, who takes a private jet to vacation in Hawaii, and who raised nearly half a billion dollars for his campaign (something unprecedented in history) has no interest in the plight of his own brother. Why? Because, his brother cannot be used for his ascent to power. A narcissist cares for no one but himself.
This election was like no other in the history of America . The issues were insignificant compared to what is at stake. What can be more dangerous than having a man bereft of conscience, a serial liar, and one who cannot distinguish his fantasies from reality as the leader of the free world?
I hate to sound alarmist, but one is a fool if one is not alarmed. Many politicians are narcissists. They pose no threat to others. They are simply self serving and selfish. Obama evidences symptoms of pathological narcissism, which is different from the run-of-the-mill narcissism of a Richard Nixon or a Bill Clinton for example. To him reality and fantasy are intertwined.
This is a mental health issue, not just a character flaw.
Pathological narcissists are dangerous because they look normal and even intelligent. It is this disguise that makes them treacherous. Today the Democrats have placed all their hopes in Obama. But this man could put an end to their party. The great majority of blacks voted for Obama. Only a fool does not know that their support for him is racially driven. This is racism, pure and simple.
The downside of this is that if Obama turns out to be the disaster I predict, he will cause widespread resentment among the whites. The blacks are unlikely to give up their support of their man. Cultic mentality is pernicious and unrelenting. They will dig their heads deeper in the sand and blame Obama's detractors of racism. This will cause a backlash among the whites. The white supremacists will take advantage of the discontent and they will receive widespread support. I predict that in less than four years, racial tensions will increase to levels never seen since the turbulent 1960's.
Obama will set the clock back decades. America is the bastion of freedom. The peace of the world depends on the strength of America , and its weakness translates into the triumph of terrorism and victory of rogue nations.. It is no wonder that Ahmadinejad, Hugo Chavez, the Castrists, the Hezbollah, the Hamas, the lawyers of the Guantanamo terrorists, and virtually all sworn enemies of America are so thrilled by the prospect of their man in the White House.
America is on the verge of destruction. There is no insanity greater than electing a pathological narcissist as president.
Well over 50 yrs ago I knew a lady who would not buy Christmas gifts if they were made in China . Her daughter recognized her in the following report.
Did y'all see that Diane Sawyer had a special report out recently. They removed ALL items from a typical, middle class family's home that were not made in theUSA .
There was hardly anything left besides the kitchen sink. Literally. During the special they show truckloads of items - USA made - being brought in to replace everything and talk about how to find these items and the difference in price etc..
It was interesting that Diane said that if every American spent just $64 more than normal on USA made items this year, it would create something like 200,000 new jobs!
I WAS BUYING FOOD THE OTHER DAY AT WALMART and ON THE LABEL OF SOME PRODUCTS IT SAID 'FROM CHINA '
FOR EXAMPLE THE "OUR FAMILY" BRAND OF THE MANDARIN ORANGES SAYS RIGHT ON THE CAN 'FROM CHINA '
I WAS SHOCKED SO FOR A FEW MORE CENTS I BOUGHT THE LIBERTY GOLD BRAND OR THE DOLE SINCE IT'S FROM CALIF.
Are we Americans as dumb as we appear --- or is it that we just do not think while the Chinese, knowingly and intentionally, export inferior and even toxic products and dangerous toys and goods to be sold in American
markets?
70% of Americans believe that the trading privileges afforded to the Chinese should be suspended.
Why do you need the government to suspend trading privileges? DO IT YOURSELF, AMERICA !!
Simply look on the bottom of every product you buy, and if it says 'Made in China ' or 'PRC' (and that now includes Hong Kong ), simply choose another product, or none at all. You will be amazed at how dependent you are on Chinese products, and you will be equally amazed at what you can do without.
Who needs plastic eggs to celebrate Easter? If you must have eggs, use real ones and benefit some American farmer. Easter is just an example. The point is to not wait for the government to act. Just go ahead and assume control on your own.
THINK ABOUT THIS: If 200 million Americans refuse to buy just $20 each of Chinese goods, that's a billion dollar trade imbalance resolved in our favor...fast!!
Most of the people who have been reading about this matter are planning on implementing this on AUGUST 1st and continue it until SEPTEMBER 1st. That is only one month of trading losses, but it will hit the Chinese for 1/12th of the total, or 8%, of their American exports. Then they might have to ask themselves if the benefits of their arrogance and lawlessness were worth it.
Remember, August 1 to September 1st !!!!!! START NOW.
Send this to everybody you know. Let's show them that we are Americans and NOBODY can take us for granted.
If we can't live without cheap Chinese goods for one month out of our lives, WE DESERVE WHAT WE GET!
Pass it on, America.
(Instead of doing it for just 1 month why not try to do it all the time.)

Every statement in this email is factual and directly attributable to Barrack Hussein Obama. Every bumble is a matter of record and completely verifiable.
Okay, Okay - the facts are the facts; but what have we learned from this mess?
