Many residents are not paying the Lake Ashton  MX bill.  This was never in the contract and residents were never told about it.  How cheap and dishonest the sales people are.  With no contract, you are not required to pay a damn thing.  This community is so dishonest that it would take a great deal of time to tell you all the dishonest things they have done. They ban me from the clubhouse because of the truth.  You can have their lies.

WRITE IN VOTE FOR ED KING. HE DID MORE FOR THIS COMMUNITY THAN ANYONE.

Paul Pontious loves to call people IDIOTS.  He called me an idiot in front of 25 pool players in the pool room.  He called me an IDIOT while he was playing golf in my back yard.  He called me an idiot in front of my house when he went by in his golf cart.  Who is he GOD?  Is this a sample of the type of people we have here at Lake Ashton?

MX COMMUNICATION  COST IS NOW $76.64 WHICH IS GARBAGE.  IT IS NOTHING BUT A BIG RIP-OFF BY THE DEVELOPER.  THE HOA SAID IT WILL SOON GO AWAY.  THEY SPEND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN ATTORNEYS FEES AND WE STILL HAVE IT.  IT WILL NEVER GO AWAY.  FOOLS ARE BORN EVERY MINUTE.

He has two new cars in his garage.  Where did the money come from?  Bingo ?

The person that he stole the game of Bingo from gave him $6,000 cash.  This money disappeared.  He paid all dinner bills from unpaid tax money.
