Bob Ference is the stock broker that sold the bonds to the residents and he is not answering his phone and the golf club doesn't know anything about the $2,000,000 bankruptcy on the bonds George Flint is always in a meeting 407-841-5524.. What is going on? The golf course is closed in the east for seeding, sounds like they are getting it ready to sell. Any buyers? Golf courses are no longer a money maker, but a white elephant.

If you are a resident here in this community you must pay $100.00 for one day. If you live outside of this community you pay only $45.00. Yes, the developer loves you and he will take good care of you as a resident.

TtHE DEVELOPER HAS AGAIN GONE BANKRUPT ON $2,000,000 WORTH OF BONDS IN THE EAST ON THE GOLF COURSE. . ALL THOSE PEOPLE THAT OWNS THE DEVELOPER BONDS ARE HOLDING USELESS VALUELESS BONDS. HE HAS NO MONEY TO PAY ON THE BONDS WHICH HE SAID AT THE VERY BEGINNING THAT HE WOULD PAY GOOD INTEREST ON THEM. THE BONDS ARE NOW WORTHLESS. YOU CAN'T SELL THE GOLF COURSE BECAUSE IT HAS NO PLACE TO PARK CARS AND IT HAS NO CLUB HOUSE.

I remember Lyndon Johnson saying on TV the day after the Kennedy assassination, that the world would never know all the facts surrounding Kennedys killing for 75 years until the complete file of information would be revealed. I also remember Walter Cronkite announcing on TV, that the Nation could not handle the full truth in that Century.

To live in this community, you have a right as to what is going on. June Young and Hoa Dave Ross had no right to shut me off. All they wanted to do is have all this power and pick the person who can view their web site. That doesn't work. I am back on line on their web site. Bingo Paul took the entire HOA committee and their wife's out to dinner. Bingo Paul is loaded with money from the Bingo players. This will all come out in the wash. Bingo Paul is in serious trouble up to his neck and there will be others to join him. Just ask the HOA people how was the dinner? Just a few years ago he went to city hall and complain about his house taxes being too high.

Copy of confession of Bingo Paul Pontious of spending Bingo and 50/50 money not given to charity. Now he says he never did all these things. This confession was in the December 2009 L A Times issue. Look at this page, does the article look like 150 words? Look on page 3 of the L A Times it says article can not exceed 150 words or less. Joe Hunter approved this but try writing an article this large. Joe Hunter is really something else. He can break every rule in the books. This is evidence that Bingo Paul is spending the Bingo money on everything except charity. Florida law says it must be given to charity. Bingo Paul and Joe are changing the rules.

Canopy on patio

The insurance Co. has paid for the damage canopy out in the patio $100,000 long ago. Yet no work has been done to repair it. Joe Hunter is much too busy at Vienna Square community and has no time to see that this work is done. Lake Ashton pays him for two communities yet the money comes from this community . A fool is born. Where is this money for the canopy and where did it go? The ceiling ties in the fitness room also needs to be repair. Also the Bowling alley, $400,000 cost. Cooler in the restaurant is down. I am sure there are other things like the pool chairs. On and on and on. Joe has no time to do these things, he does not get paid enough $137,000 and this money is down the tubes. This place is taken everyone for a ride. Damage everywhere and not one dime is being spend except for fake cameras and writing silly letters. See letter to the right by Joe "do nothing Hunter".

SOON....What you as a resident can expect. Now with those CDD Board Supervisors... ( Controlled By the DEVELOPER ), more homes up for sale, more foreclosures in LA, FEW if ANY new residents moving in. At this point, since less Taxes are being paid and assessments collected the cost of the assessments MUST increase to balance the budget. The solution was rid LA of this corrupt Developer and his CREW then things could have been re-constructed to lower our costs while maintaining great services. This can and will not happen with the present CDD board.

Add to this scenario the dilemma the WEST LA 2 faces and ask yourself " WOULD YOU BUY IN LA " ?

Lake Ashton Residents

The Maintenance Fees in 2002 were only $900 with very few homes, now with over 1,000 homes, over 10 times many homes, the fees are now double $1900. Something is wrong with this picture! Where is all this money going? In someones pocket? The developer is getting a good share of this money, Joe Hunter is getting $139,000 for doing absolute nothing but sending out letters to scare the residents. Trica Adams is getting $95,000 for what? In many communities the residents do what she does for nothing. Yes we are all getting ripped off and now we have all but one in the back pocket of the developer on the CDD. Keep up the good work Jeff, We will all be there to help. And on the HOA, they are all in the back pocket of the developer. This place is now controlled by the developer. I just don't understand how the people can vote the way they did. This means higher expenses and maintenance fees and for the people that voted for these thief's you going to get what you deserve.

We will have two openings on the CDD in 2012 and 4 openings on the HOA in 2011. I nominate Barb Salvin. We could not ask for a more caring, sensitive, loving individual. She is very inteligent and does her homework. She always conducts herself in a businesslike and professional manner. She is willing to listen to all sides of the issue. If you disagree with her she will listen to you and agree to disagree. She holds no grudges and will not attack anyone personally. We need this caring and loveable person to represent us.

I would nominate Dick Rawls for either the CDD or the HOA. Dick knows the value of teamwork, having played in the NFL for a number of years. In addition, he has owned and managed a number of restaurants. Dick will fight for the residents of Lake Ashton. Dick will not be steamed rolled, but will stand his ground.

My husband and I visited Lake Ashton last year and were impressed with the amenities, the condition of the development and the people. We are retiring this year and were considering moving to Lake Ashton. We came across this website and although we understand it is a website not associated with Lake Ashton it is however a resident website.

We read the website and noted the following:
The developer is suspect in his treating of the residents. The Community Director does nothing and is corrupt. The HOA and its leader sides with the developer. The CDD now has three corrupt foxes. Bingo is corrupt and people are going to jail. Numerous residents have been identified and critized.

My questions are this, is there anything positive about Lake Ashton? In addition, why would a resident website constantly bad mouth the place where they live. I would think this negative narrative would disuade people from moving in and further decrease property values in Lake Ashton.

Please respond so we can make an informed discision. Thank you.

Joe " Do Nothing" Hunter

Hay Joe, How are the new cameras working? It seems that some ladies in the craft room had a few items stolen and wanted to see the film. You told them that the film in the cameras were not working. Joe why do you lie all the time? Don't you ever tell the truth? You people reading this will be in a state of shock, let me tell you about the three cameras. Yes 3 cameras. As you walk in the ballroom, turn left and you will have a camera facing you. and if you continued down the hall to the library you will see another camera, but that is not all, you will see another camera looking at the exercise room. Well I guess the thief has just been caught, guess again. All cameras are fake. What in hell do they do with all that money we give them? Buy fake cameras! This place is a joke, control by nuts who don't give a damn about you. Security out front at $12.00 an hour and they are useless and fake cameras in the ball room. You heard it all. Joe lied to the ladies like he does all the time. Does he ever tell the truth here at Lake Ashton? Ask Joe how good the cameras are working. Call Joe at 863-324-5457 He will say the same thing. Once a lair always a lair.

Joe Hunter is stealing our money from this Lake Ashton Community and using it to managed Vienna Square. You heard it right. Also Tricia Adams travels there also. Why are they going to Vienna Square using our money? Joe is a crook, he was told not to go there by the CDD and still travels there with Tricia. He has a office in Vienna Square and an office here, how many offices does he have? This place is run by crooks controlled by the new CDD and they are not going to say anything. Jeff Salvin has no power now because of the elections, and has nothing to say in this matter. The three foxes was always in the back pocket of the developer along with Margo Stevens. This community is now controlled by the CDD and the crooked management. Our goal was to hired a new management and replaced the old one and save this community over $200,000. That is way the foxes were allowed to place there signs all over this this community. Joe was scare he might lose his job. He allowed the signs to be placed and this is a violation of the covenants . Give Joe a call here at 863-324-5457, if he is not there call the other place Vienna Square and he calls my Web Site a violation. Joe get an education.
