She is very inteligent and does her homework. She always conducts herself in a businesslike and professional manner. She is willing to listen to all sides of the issue. NEWS BULLETIN PAUL PONTIOUS second article in the series
All information was seen by me on the forensic report given to us, the HAHOV committee, showing all the transactions on all four bank accounts. Every check that Paul Pointious wrote is recorded on this report. Paul and all his associates will have to go to court and testify. Bingo Paul is in very, very deep and serious trouble. Paul was having a hell of a good time writing everyone of his friends checks. and taking them all out to expensive restaurants. In otherwords he was stealing the Bingo players money and placing it in his pocket and using it for whatever he so please . He was the boss and the controller and no one is going to tell him what to do with it. Not one cent was ever given to the HOA which it was suppose to be given! They and they alone will decide what charity it was to be given. Bingo Paul has always called me an idiot and everywhere he saw my name in the clubhouse he wrote idiot next to my name. Well I guess we all know who the idiot is. Paul will, without question will be a inmate in the correctional institution. With a little luck, a few of is friends will keep him company, friend like Frank Ota and Joe Ferreira.

NEWS BULLETIN: The CDD elections were fixed
The Pontious were taken all the Bingo helpers out to Tampa for a $150 a plate dinner for a total of $8,250.00 plus on a special rental charter bus costing $3,100. 55 people were on that bus. This bingo money should have been for charity not for Buses or Dinners. Why is he taken all the Bingo helpers plus others out to a very special and high price dinner. He also took out all the HOA members including Dave Ross out also to dinner. That is why Dave Ross does not want to get rid of Bingo Paul. Who else would take Mr Dave Ross out for dinner. Everyone is on the take. The Pontious were always taken people out to dinner ever since he took over Bingo. They bought every one's vote. How could they lose? They bought everyone. Chickness, Fuller and Cruz never had a chance. The elections was fixed. The Pontious dream was to control this community. This information was given to me by a forensic accountant attorney. If you think you heard it all, there even more shocking news to come. See tomorrow headlines. The Pontious are in very deep and serious trouble.
All the profit money that they took in from the concession stand they have never paid taxes on it until after Jan of this year, and that was when he had to resign from Bingo. The IRS would be very interested in knowing this. The report also states that the 50/50 money were used illegally and very little was given to charity. It said he gave large sums of money to the veterans, but the veterans fund were run by Frank Ota. $300 was paid to some guy for storage each month. Storage for what? Pontious had 4 bank accounts and he was always switching money from one bank account to the other. Frank Ota was also receiving more money to pay the electric, this money is missing, gone, where did it go? CDD never received it. He seems Paul will have a few of his friends to join him in the slammer. No wonder Frank Ota isn't speaking to me. Is Frank Ota the storage guy? I know he was the veteran fund receiver. We are still adding up the totals and it is a big mess. Always switching funds from one account to the other. This was too hot for the Bingo inspector to handle, so he gave it to another investigating crime unit. There seems like many laws were broken and there be a large number of charges the Pontious will have to face. All documents will be delivered to the state attorney for investigating and prosecution this coming Monday.

Is this a Illegal election for CDD members?
What I am seeing here at Lake Ashton is some what of a puzzle. If you have two homes, you can only register to vote in one state. This means that if you live here in Lake Ashton but have a home in another state you can not vote here and have no say in this community. Why is the CDD elections on a state ballet? This is a private community! The state does nothing to help this community. We have to pay for our own roads and CDD members. Did you know that Maxwell made the roads just two feet narrower than the required width, the state won't touch the repairing of the roads because of this. Maxwell done us in and made fools of us. We must use his MX, no sidewalks, pay high rental fees on storage units, he used second hand bowling machines which lasted a short time, paying gate guards $7.50 an hour but the CDD is paying Maxwell $12.00/hr. We pay all expenses on the restaurant, air conditioner, electric, water, cleaning, broken dishes, on and on and he keeps all the profit, what a deal. We have to pay to use the ballroom and the HFC, what are we paying maintenance fees for?

I have also been a resident for several years. I was not able to attend the last HOA meeting. We had my son his wife and my grandchildren visiting. We came in the rear entrance to the club house (we were going to lunch in the dinning room) when we passed the cinema and were appalled by what we heard and saw. Barb Salvin was screemin expletives. I will give this lady the benefit of the doubt and call her a lady. How would she feel if her family heard an adult cussing in this matter. Meanwhile the heavy set guy was outside the theater screaming and acting in a threatening matter. I later learned he charged another member in the theater. These people you will never see at Monday morning coffee meeting, on the golf course, at social events and dances, in the restaurant, at Bingo, volunteering for Give Kids the World,Adopt a Road, at the swimming pool, etc. If they are so angry, why are they here. In addition, everybody knows that this website may be Ed King's, but is controlled by Salvin and Rawls.
I have lived at Lake Ashton for 5 years and I have never seen such corruption, dishonest, crooked and lairs running for the CDD. As you well notice, driving out of the Main Gate, you see 3 foxes guarding the chickens inside the gate at Lake Ashton. What a sore sight for your eyes to see. Three foxes with NO record of accomplishment here at Lake Ashton. If you add what they have done well here it is, call the police on the poker players, hang your mug shot on Utility poles and the police had to take them down, and a bingo bookkeeper who is not license to make a balance sheet and throws all the records away prior to Jan 1, 2010. These pictures should be posted in the post office.

I must admit, John has always been HONEST and UP-FRONT with me each time I asked him a question or asked for his assistance.
What more can I ask for in a CDD candidate ? I may not always get the answer I might like, but I will get an answer, and if he does not have it, he will research the answer and come back to me ASAP, unlike other CDD board members whos name I will not mention...YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE !!

Vote for John Chickness. John is an honest man. Just because he was paid thousands of dollars to settle his building/zoning issue with Maxwell does not mean his integrity was compromised. Vote for John Chickness. John is an honest man. Just because he was paid thousands of dollars to settle his building/zoning issue with Maxwell does not mean his integrity was compromised. Hey Dick, Barb and Rich what is the latest on all the lawsuits. What Bingo people will be arrested. Will the HOA be sued. How about June Young. How about Joe (do nothing) hunter?
They are working on it and your on their list Mr Anonymous. I guess its OK to put the 50/50 and Bingo money in Paul's pocket than to give it to charity. He's going to be spending that money he stole for lawyers soon.

I don't think Big Dick Rawls ever played football. IF you watched him bum rush up the theater stairs, you can see that he did not use his weight and stance. He was in an upright stance. Not good for either an offensive or defensive lineman.

The sign out front for the candidates is not, I repeat, is not on the developer's property. He does not own the property,nor does any of his coporate holdings. A review of the Polk County records will validate this fact.

Also I took her picture that she says she took and posted it on my blog. She saw this and shut me off from using her Web. How dumb can you get? She should get fired. Like I said this community is control by the developer.
