why do you feel the cdd board (homeowner money)should replace the beer equipment the management company needs?there are some more facts you should know. first of all the beer equipment should not be removed from the bar.the management company leases the restaurant and the restaurant only , for $50,000. a year and shares no profits with the cdd. the cdd(you) already pay their electric, water, cleaning , all expenses,etc.they don't even have a contract to serve in the ballroom, they just do it. still think the cdd should pay?
