The facts:You said"50-50:Paul acted appropriately when he ... took volunteers to dinner with 50-50 monies..." I say "The fact that Mr. and Mrs. Pontious(two elected officials) involved themselves in personal spending of thousands of dollars of monies they raised by illegal lottery is not appropriate. It also was not appropriate that other elected officials, and many of your neighbors, joined them in spending the many thousands of these dollars for trips and restaurants.
Dave Ross, look up the 501-C License It clearly says Charity and expenses. Where are you getting your information?????? You are 100% wrong

DAVE....ROSS.... Just because ( YOU ) say it is OK does NOT make it legal? Instead of YOU protecting this community, YOU have colluded to make it even more of a CRIME.
YOU will get your day in court to explain to ALL the Residents how you permitted this along with the HOA Board, to RAPE CHARITY of proper donations per 501C law.
We will also get our day in court, before the IRS, State Attorney, and the residents.
WE have the records.....HOW CAN YOU CONTINUE TO LIE ABOUT THESE FACTS ?? You need some counciling. Maybe Bingo Paul can pay for some treatments. He paid for everything else.
