Why did the HOA ..BOD remove PAUL PONTIOUS from the head of BINGO committee ?? If he did NOTHING WRONG, why did the HOA Attorney have the Board remove him ?
Paul says he did not Shred any records, yet an Email from Dave Ross HOA president to him STATES.....quote " PAUL YOU TOLD ME YOU SHREDDED THE RECORDS " ????????
Now who is not telling us....The Residents whose money it is...NOT the HOA's money. Were the records shredded or not ?? SIMPLE...the TRUTH ??
This is a matter than can be resolved. Why is not ? Too many people covering up.... THE TRUTH...

The attorney for our HOA has informed us that in regard to the Bingo:
The HOA Board has never reviewed any Bingo records.
The HOA Board has never reviewed Bingo finances.
The HOA Board has never reviewed or approved any of the Bingo financial activities.
The HOA Board has never reviewed or been supplied with any committee meeting minutes.
On Nov. 14, 2010 Mr. Ross distributed a Presidents report saying Pontious never did anything wrong, never acted inappropriately, and all the comments about him are unjustified and malicious. The Ross Report said that he and the board members reviewed the situation and they want the negative comments to stop. The HOA Board reported that they found nothing wrong with spending thousands of dollars , from an HOA bank account, for restaurants and travel for Pontious and his friends. In fact they said they found nothing wrong at all.
We want the Board to tell us how they came to these decisions without proper review by professionals. We want to know why the board is shielding Pontious and his committee, who by the way includes at least three other elected officials who are making decisions about our finances.
We are wondering why the residents aren’t asking the Board to resign. We are wondering why many residents are still confused about who the “trouble makers” are?

In the upcoming days there will be a series of EMAIL EXCHANGES from the following people:
Paul Pontious Dave Ross, HOA Attorney Dan Perry,
Ron White, Former HOA President.
These emails will be printed with TIMES, DATES, to and from each sender and receiver.
Keep in mind....These are not fictitious or made up emails...They are EXACT. Word for word. Emails the HOA board and Attorney never meant for anyone to read ( Especially YOU, and EXCEPT THEM ).
Once you read these emails... We would expect ALL Residents to demand the resignation of all HOA board members.
This investigation of Bingo / 50/50 / Unpaid State Sales Taxes / by all present and PAST BOARD members after and prior to 2010 to 2006 along with CDD board members who knew of this information and did nothing should all resign. ( NOW ).
I suggest all those involved contact Mr Dick Ralls and tender your resignation, and the HOA attorney Recuse himself from your defense or suffer the consequences. We are also considering filing a compliant on Mr Daniel Perry, HOA Attorney with the Florida Bar Association should this not be done NOW.
THE TIME FOR TALKING AND COVER UPS IS OVER. RESIGN NOW OR SUFFER THE PENALTIES.
