For all you Maxwell & Shrieber ( the developers ) Lovers..  This message is for you.

Lets take a close look at what he has done and built.

1:  His own Management Company...WE CDD pays him $350,000.00 per year.

2:  MX communications...FOR LIFE...Every resident pays $71.00 per month with no end even if you die. You pay even when your dead and your not even watching it.

3:  His own Security Company. We pay him $13.50 per hour per guard 24/7 and he pays the guards $8.00 and pockets the rest.  What a deal.

4:  He has the Lake Ashton Grill Restaurant lease.   He pays the CDD $50,000 per year, and we pay all his expenses, yes you heard it right, all the expenses.   He keeps all the profits. We lose Thousands per year with that agreement. Ends Oct 1, 2011. WE MUST DUMP THAT AGREEMENT WITH HIM...

5:  He keeps all the income from the storage RV building and lot rentals.

6:  He has all income from the Docks, yet CDD owns the land the Docks are built on. He keeps all the money.  What a deal.

7:  He owns the Sales Center and the Bank building...That is his ... He keeps the Rental income from the bank. What a deal he designed for himself.

8:  He keeps all the income from the ADS placed in the Lake Ashton Times.   CDD does not get or keep a red cent.

9:  CDD pays him $150,000 for common ground maintenance per year. It could be done for half that amount.  What a deal.

10.  He worked out a deal with Lake Wales City Commissioners.... No Sidewalks, No Walking paths, No Softball field....All on the original plans he promised.  He build the roads as narrow as possible to save a buck.  He cares less if you get hit by a car walking in the road as long as he saves a buck.

11:  In his deal, he and the City all agreed to let the home owners pay for ALL PUBLIC ROAD REPAIRS..here in the Lake Wales Community

For all of you Developer lovers....I am sick on hearing your bull about..

FINALLY ....He will no longer build the West. He has shut off  all the lights on each light pole in the west to save a Buck... Bring your own flashlight if you go out walking in the road, no sidewalks.
