NEW MANAGEMENT

WE ALL KNOW THAT JOE HUNTER IS OUT OF THE EAST.  BUT DID YOU KNOW HE WILL MANAGE THE WEST.  THAT IS WHY HE HAS A OFFICE IN THE SALES BUILDING.  THEY JUST CAN'T GET RID OF THIS 'DO NOTHING' JOE HUNTER.  WE ARE STILL PAYING THIS 'DO NOTHING' TO DO NOTHING.  HE GETS PAID $139,000/ YEAR FOR  DOING LESS THEN NOTHING.

TRISH ADAMS WILL STILL STAY ON THE MANAGEMENT POST UNTIL SHE IS ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER JOB.  TO PAY HER $90,000 A YEAR IS DAMN CRAZY. 

THE MAIN GATE IS CONTROL BY THE DEVELOPER.  HE GETS $13.00 AN HOUR BY US AND IN TURN PAYS THEM $8.00/ HR.  WHAT A DEAL.  THIS GUY MAKES MONEY BY SITTING ON THE JOHN AND FARTING.  

NOW WE HAVE JUNE YOUNG WHO LIKES TO TELL THE RESIDENTS WHO TO VOTE FOR AND WE PAY HER $500/ MO.  WHO IN HELL DOES SHE THING SHE IS.  SHE BAN ME FOR USING HER WEB SITE.   I HAD TO GO THRU GEORGE FLINT TO GET ME BACK ON.  JUNE YOUNG MUST LEAVE AND GIVE HER POSITION TO ANOTHER PERSON TO CONTROL.  SHE HAS NO BUSINESS DOING WHAT SHE IS DOING.  SHE DOES NOT WANT ANYONE TO POST ANYTHING ON HER WEB SITE.  ITS NOT ME THAT'S A TROUBLE MAKER IT IS HER.  QUIT AND GO HOME JUNE.  MAKE SURE YOU BUY TWO SEATS ON THE PLANE, ONE FOR EACH ____.

For all you Maxwell & Shrieber ( the developers ) Lovers..

Lets take a close look at what he built.

1: His own Management Company...WE CDD pays him $350,000.oo per year.

2: Mx communications...FOR LIFE...Every resident pays $71.00 month with no end even if you die.

3: His own security compay. We pay him $13.50 per hour per guard 24/7 and he pays guard $8.00 and pockets the rest.

4: He has the Restaurant lease . He pays CDD $50,000 per year, and we pay all his expenses. He keeps all profits.. We lose Thousands per year with that agreement. Ends Oct 1, 2011. WE MUST DUMP THAT AGREEMENT WITH HIM...

5: He has all the income from the RV rentals.

6: He has all income from the Docks, yet CDD owns the land the Docks are on. He keeps all the money.

7: He kept the Sales Center and the Bank building...Thats his ... Rental income from the bank. What a deal he designed for himself.

8: All the income from the ADS placed in the Lake Ashton News. CDD does not get a cent.

9: CDD pays him $150,000 for common ground maintance per year. It could be done for half that amount.

10. He worked out a deal with Lake Wales City Commisioners.... No Sidewalks, No Walking path, No Softball field....All on the original plans he promised.

11: In his deal he and the City agreed to let the residents pay for ALL ROAD REPAIRS..

There is more....Trust me....

For you Developer lovers....I am sick on hearing your bull about..

Finally we may be cutting the head off of this Snake....

DONT you think its time....What a great guy this is....

FINALLY ....He will no longer build the West. He hss even shut off on of the light bulbs on each light pole on the west to save a Buck...
