Restaurant Lease

       

On second thought.....the question that should be asked of  Flint and Carpenter.

If the CDD and Developer agreed  HE PAY  the  CDD  $50,000  per year for the Restaurant Lease..... Is there any- where in the agreement that he can control any or all of the Services to the residents ?  Days and Hours of Service?
