I have recently read comments ,on this blog, about reasons the "HOC" group leaders have been fighting so hard and so long against the developer, bingo leaders,and the handling of HOA problems. The writers are wrong. The group's leaders are not fighting due to any of their financial investments other than the fact that they own their homes here at Lake Ashton. And, that they want to continue to live in this beautiful community and make sure it is financially sound and runs to the benefit of all the honest and law-abiding homeowners.None of the "HOC" leaders have ever made any investments with the developers here, other then one home purchase.
Whether you care to believe it or not, they have always worked (at no financial benefit for themselves)for the betterment of the communities in which they lived.
Next-The extent of Maxwell's LA supervisory and Maxwell's LA financial involvement at this time is unclear to me. And should be to you too.No one can be sure who pulls the strings,although we all have our ideas about this.Stop trying to make this a personal fight. This is a fight against crime and the financial stability of our community. And it always has been!
