JOE HUNTER

I am being asked why are they letting Big Joe Hunter Go.  Ask Joe, you have his phone Number. 
Joe is a "do nothing"  He does not  pay the Bills of Lake Ashton on time.  He drags his feet. Bills go un- paid.  Joe sends too many letters to residents giving them hell for nothing.  He takes our money and he works at other communities.  He doesn't look for the best price.  He gets his friends in to do the job.  Lets look at the bowling alley.  OVER A YEAR HE HAS BEEN WORKING ON IT.  He leaves every CDD meeting every 5 minutes, for a total of 5-6 times.  He is just not interested in this community.  He should have been fired long ago.  He rejects my E-Mails.  Never gives you straight answer.  Tells you to go see someone else.  Drags a problem on for weeks. 


Joe I am so glad you are gone by  May 15 and you told me that they will never let you go.  Joe, you will never tell the truth.  What will your dear friend Paul Ponitious do without you.  This Paul Ponitious is a stool pigon.  He will squel on anyone.  Yes Joe you have been fired for not doing your job. and also you are grossey overpaid.  Take your friends with you, Jake Eaton, Paul Ponitious, Jack and Brenda Van Sickle and Trish Adams.
