Where is the Money Going?
The average house is paying $1,315.00 Maintenance fee. There are 1200 homes here in Lake Ashton Lets add it up. 1200 times $1,315.00 equals $1,578,000. That my friend is a lot of money. Where is the money going? Since I've lived here I have not seen any statements that tells you where the money is going? Why, I find this very unusual. On top of this you have the CDD which the developer got us paying, another $1000 a year. This helps pay for the roads that he should have paid for out of his own pocket. Now you have the MX fee $71.00. $71.00 times 1200 homes equals $85,200 a month or $1,022,400 a year. How much does it really cost to have cable here at Lake Ashton? So many questions remain to be answered. I feel it is about time we all find out what the expenses are.

If you went to a CDD meeting you would find out where the money goes. Instead you just sit home on your computer and spew hate and misinformation. Get a life!!!!
The statements are given out at the CDD meetings.
I don't really believe you sit home at you computer, since I would think with the intelligence level displayed on this site, you would need someone to tell you what to write. Even then, it appears that you still screw everything up. A little more effort and training and you will be house broke and maybe qualify for a low level special education class.
