I notice there is a home on the large canal for sale just up the street that is for sale. They had open house the last two weekends on Saturday, till 4:am.
Long driveways, Control on garage plus hand held control, no MX, no CDD, no elections, no book of rules, ARC committee (spies), CDD, there are sidewalks on both sides of the road, bigger clubhouse and pool than Lake Ashton, free coffee in the morning, 3 Large card rooms, Larger Pool room, movies, no security carts or cars going up and down with lights flashing, this is a private community, and so much more and you can place a "for sale" sign in front of your home or go and have a reasonable lunch or dinner at the clubhouse and we are near the Atlantic and wildlife refuge. Birds are everywhere and rabbits are on my front lawn.
We are a thousands times more happy here that at the restricted community of Lake Ashton and I can park my truck in front of the 3 car garage. We jump in the infinity pool every day. This place is great. Hundreds of new homes, stores, restaurants near by and the people are very friendly. No Bingo idiots running around calling people idiots.
