Subj:   Quarterly Report

 

This quarter not much has happened due to the snowbirds departure, but there are a number of truths, half-truths and rumors that need to be set straight.

 

Those who were dumb enough to believe that a Detective Second Grade could stop a criminal investigation, this update is for you;  Mr. Paul Pontious and Attorney Dan Perry were called to States Attorney’s Office regarding a criminal investigation of Bingo.  As usually, Mr. Perry operated outside his oath, went to the interrogation representing Mr. Pontious and the HOA who arguably could be seen as co-conspirators in the cover up.  You can verify this update with the States Attorney’s office, Mr. Dan Perry and Mr. Paul Pontious. 

 

As you know the rumor mill has slowed a bit.  The reason must of the carpetbaggers are concerned with their vulnerability.  But there is an interesting rumor that is circulating within the community, that Dick Ralls was caught cutting the chain on the door of the restaurant and was subsequently arrested and carted off to jail.  Carpetbaggers as you know, are lairs, but you don’t know they have no imagination or check any facts before starting their rumors. 

 

For your information Mr. Ralls and four other members of Lake Ashton, found the main door of the restaurant unlocked and open.  They then called Security, went in side and waited for Security to arrive.  One of Mr. Ralls party was a CDD Supervisor and the other two parties will be reveled upon request.

 

As you know, there has NEVER been a chain on the front door of the Restaurant and therefore could not have been cut.  Because there is a possibility that this could wind up in a Civil Slander Suit, please contact the Lake Wales Police Department, the Polk County Sheriffs Office, and George Flint.

 

Another matter of interest is the theft, by our Developer and his lackey, of over $20,000 dollars worth of Taxidermy from our billiard room during June 2011.  It is interesting that there has been no police report by George Flint, the CDD or the HOA, who is supposed to be the security arm of Lake Ashton.  This lack of concern regarding the protection and security of our property is a graveconcern with many Lake Ashton families.
