I, John Guenther and my wife Claire are requesting a time to review the Bingo
Daily Records from June 23, 2006 to the date of the last Bingo played. Bingo
Ordinance No.94-36, Section XIII, Maintenance and Inspection of Records requires
names and addresses of cash and or prize recipients and amounts received by the
recipient, charitable distributions and an end of night balance. Since the Lake
Ashton Homeowner Association took control of the Bingo on June 23, 2006 these
records became Association records which must be retained for the last seven
years. Please give a written reply as to the date and time we can review these
records.
