You forgot to point out the funds were from concessions and 50/50, not Bingo Card sales. That is why there are no criminal charges! And what about all the contributions to Lake Ashton from those same funds for ping pong tables, pavilion screening, carpeting, etc. The 50/50 was stopped when found it was illegal unless going to a charity, then the final balance was given to a local charity. Also, the volunteers are there every Bingo session in their Bingo shirts, selling the cards, calling the numbers, cleaning up afterwards, they buy the concessions, set-up, sell and pack-up concessions every week, not a crime taking all of them to dinner in December for their year long efforts...

THE CHIEF OF POLICE GILLIS TOLD THE INVESTIGATION UNIT TO STOP THIS INVESTIGATION. AFTER WE CONTACTED THE AUTHORITIES THEY WAS SHOCKED THAT THIS INVESTIGATION WAS STOPPED. A FEW DAYS LATER THE CHIEF QUITS HIS POSITION UNDER FIRE . THE INVESTIGATION HAS NOT STOPPED BUT IT DID COST THE JOB OF LAKE WALES POLICE CHIEF GILLIS. WE CAN THANK BINGO PAUL FOR THIS. AND YOU PEOPLE, MS. PARA THINK THERE WAS NO WRONG DOING. HOW DUMB CAN YOU GET. BINGO PAUL VIOLATED THE LAW, STOLE MONEY FROM THE BINGO PLAYERS, STUFF HIS ICE BOX WITH FOOD, FILLED UP HIS GAS TANK, TOOK OUT ALL HIS FRIENDS TO DINNER BY BUS , NEVER PAID INCOME TAXES OR NEVER GAVE A RED CENT TO CHARITY. When we were told the there will be no investigation I called the police and Chief Gillis of Lake Wales send a officer to my house and we had a talk. He said the investigation was still on going. THIS WAS A LIE. The investigation did stopped. Then we called the authorities, that was when we found out that they never received any report of Bingo Paul or an investigation. Yes it was a cover up by the Chief Gillis and the Major Jack Van Sickle who are good friends with the Pontious. This is a mess to reckon with. This sounds like Watergate all over again.
