The corrupted HOA has send an E-Mail to every resident in our community. They admitted that they accepted responsibility for the lawful operation of Bingo.
They sure did a rotten job. Bingo Paul spend thousands of dollars on himself and his closest friends. This operation was never supervised. Bingo Paul did what ever he wanted. See his bank statements that he did not want you to see and that he destroyed these records. His volunteers are not volunteers, they got discounts on their bingo cards and were taken out to dinner many times and in some cases by bus, also he destroyed the records which the law says he must keep for three years.
The HOA is saying all money that was being used were the 50/50 and the million dollar concession stand. What a bunch of lairs. BINGO money was also being used.
The evidence is in the Bingo Paul Bank records, the records Bingo Paul said he destroyed. Now you know why he destroyed these records. Look at his bank records.
The investigation of Bingo was never started or even looked at according to Grady Judd records, thanks to our Mayor who somehow slept it under the rug.
Another investigation by higher up officials will continued where the other investigation never got off the ground. The investigation is not over but just started. Its not over till its over.
The mistakes Bingo Paul made was not mistakes at all, not paying state and local taxes he took in on the concession stand, 50/50 and his Bingo money he kept never kept track of the pay outs.
