This my friends is the greatest rip-off here at Lake Ashton. Why should we have to pay the developer, Cable and ADT ? Yes, you pay him a percentage of the total cost of the bill. He makes money on us and he doesn't give a dam about YOU OR YOUR CREDIT. We can easily pay this ourselves, we don't need him. Now there is a question about ADT being paid. It seems we all owe him money, because they are not getting paid. What happen? What is going on? Where is the money? Your credit is at risk.
The vote was 540 to get rid of MX.
This voting took place while most of us were up north.
Now we are stuck with this MX crap. If you are that dumb as to not to vote than God help you and you deserve what is coming to you so don't bitch.
The HOA president Dave Ross just lies and he has put this to rest.
