WHY ARE YOU AFRAID TO POST THIS? Why does no one remember that Chickness cost us all $50.00 extra for a reserve fund then $400 more for new contracts that still had a year to go under new pricing. Fuller had her daughter living with her most of the time she has been here which was against the 55 and over covenants rule. Chickness has been after the bingo50/50 since the beginning of bingo.He wanted to big the BIG SHOT to say what the money could be spent for. It didn't happen so he found a way to stop it. RESERVE FUND ????
Thank GOD we have a reserve fund. This was implemented 4 years ago. JAKE wanted to use it ALL UP, and then BORROW money from a BANK, or Float another BOND issue, that would have required an assessment on every resident to repay it.
ARENT we happy we have a board member like CHICKNESS with a BRAIN, who stopped EATON in his Tracks....??
