Bingo Paul Expenses

Bingo Paul was paying rent for use of the Ballroom, why was he paying $960.00 to hang drapes? Why was he paying $470.00 on the floor? and then he goes out and spends $2,500.00 on the ballroom floor, but that's not all, he goes out and hired a professional company to clean the chairs for $606.00 And what did he buy at Sears for $657 and returned it the same day and then two days later he spends $411.00 at Sears????? What does Sears have for Bingo? I guess there were birds flying around in the ballroom so he goes out and buys a bird ridance device for $640.00 He added a new Bingo Board so he paid $151.00 for a new outlet. This ballroom was rented by Bingo and it is the responsibility of the CDD to keep it in good repairs.
