I am very surprise he is not doing time. He stole from the Bingo players and he stole the money from charity. What more has he done? He should not be out in the public walking around. He should be in the slammer and his wife Carol should be doing time also and here she is running for the CDD! I give up, where is Big Al Capone when you need him?
