Now we know why the developer Larry Maxwell belly up his Mastercraft homes company, because he knows how much of this shit drywall he bought by all his receipts, more than the thirteen homes he builted. I believe there are more homes out there that are fill with this crap. You can't trust China. They killed hundreds of pets with their pet food. and now their killing us. There are more drywall news to come. Mr Maxwell, pick up your phone, you can't hide forever. Look at him, he is hiding under his bed. He has not return one phone call to anyone.
All the drywall owners have got together and are in the process of filing a class action suit against the developer. If you ask "Do Nothing" Joe Hunter about the drywall he will say what Chinese Drywall. This guy is sick also. You will never get a straight answer from him. He should go back to washing dishes and pools. This is a sick community with extremely poor management that are being paid very high wages for doing nothing and there are some of you that think he is not paid enough. This community is in a lot of trouble with sick people. They must be living in Chinese drywall houses. Some of them should be locked up and put away for life.
This smell gets in your rugs and in your clothes, anything that is soft its in. Makes you have nose bleeds, have rashes, itch all over, you just got to move out.
Three of the owners walked away from their home and would you believe that there are idiots out there in Lake Ashton who loves the developer, and not only that, they criticize me for giving out this information. I only have one thing to say to them and that is GO TO HELL. Its not funny after all these years you save all your money to buy a retirement home only to find out it is unlivable.
