The CDD is willing to spend has much as $250,000 repairing the Bowling Alley and yet they are nickle and dine the residents who are willing to put on shows of entertainment for the residents of Lake Ashton. They have to pay $375.00 for use of the ballroom. This my friend does not make any sense at all. What were they thinking? This was Joe Hunter idea and he presented it to the CDD and they loved it. This is a no brainier, just doesn't make any sense. Bingo only pays $200.00 for the use of the ballroom. Different prices for different folks. The Pet Carnival did not have to pay a dine because there were 50 or more residents involve in putting on the show. Different rules for different folks. Why are residents paying maintenance fees for? Jeff Salvin in repairing the Bowling Alley says its only $250.00 per household increase in maintenance cost. Its only he says. Nothing adds up. Pay for repairs, pay for using the ballroom. Pay, Pay, Pay
Jeff now says that the dock should remain in the hands of the developer because of liability even thou its on CDD property, Boaters, don't think your going to put your boat at the dock for free. Pay Pay Give me all your money says the developer and the CDD. Is anything free anymore?
