Resident has two fish tanks

Does this mean that they have to get rid of a fish tank and destroy all the fish just to please the HOA? What the hell is wrong with the HOA? See June issue on page 3. Paul Pontious when he was on the HOA says no smoking outside the main entrance to the clubhouse but he is in charge of Bingo now, so he does not tell the bingo players no smoking and Joe Hunter says nothing about the no smoking ban. You should see all the people outside the entrance door smoking at Bingo break time smoking their hearts out. It all points to who you are. Yes, this community is going down hill fast and no one seems to care. Watching their TV is more important.
