10% increase for all Management employees effected Oct 1, 2009 This is the Biggest Rip-off since the tea-pot scandal. This increase will effect the maintenance fees we are now paying and the residents of Lake Ashton say nothing and do nothing.
Joe Hunter salary will then be $137,000
Tricia Adams salary will then be $90,000
Eddie Frye salary will then be $75,000
Big outrages salaries for the do nothings, large repair cost on the bowling alley, roads are in need of costly repair that could exceed millions. I can see more foreclosures in the near future and a long line exiting the main entrance at Lake Ashton and lots of more trouble.
To pay a person to raise his right hand $137,000, shame on you.
Every time the CDD board meet they each get paid $50.00 or $600.00 a year. Somehow I just don't get the picture. Those that do all the work gets paid less and those that do nothing gets paid the most.
