A Fool in Every Crowd
Some of you people really think this is a place that tells no lies. If you go into the main sells office, THEY ONLY tell you about new homes and nothing about resales. In other words if you bought a new home they will not help you to sell it. Then they don't tell you about MX $71.00/month and also the CDD cost and the high cost of Taxes. The day you buy your new home they give you a 1/2 thick book of rules call covenants. They expect you to read it in two minutes. They also tell you while your home is being built, don't rent a home, buy another smaller home and sell that one and make money. This is why we have 14 foreclosers now in Lake Ashton. They have made a fool out of a lot of people. The homes are so cheap you can't remove the window from the frame for repair. The sliding glass door has a cheap lock that every crook is taking advantage of it. The new homes now have no side garage door, just the large car door. When they spray paint the walls they also spray paint the ceiling with the same color to save money. Also all roads are sinking and cracking and some need a lot of repairs. These repairs will be given to you as assessment to your property costing you over $10,000 because the developer has also cut cost on the roads. Yes, you was made a fool by the developer, but your afraid to admit it.
