They have made a fool out of a lot of people. The homes are so cheap you can't remove the window from the frame for repair. The sliding glass door has a cheap lock that every crook is taking advantage of it. The new homes now have no side garage door, just the large car door. When they spray paint the walls they also spray paint the ceiling with the same color to save money. Also all roads are sinking and cracking and some need a lot of repairs. These repairs will be given to you as assessment to your property costing you over $10,000 because the developer has also cut cost on the roads. Yes, you was made a fool by the developer, but your afraid to admit it.
