Lake Ashton is the most corrupt community in Florida, it is run by dishonest people and a big bully who thinks he can push anyone around. His name is Joe Hunter. Another letter from Big Joe, five in a series of letters he has send me. This one accusing me of coping contents from, I think it is called lakeashtonliving, by Big June Young. Please show me that content that I copy. Joe said these are serious violations. What you're going to do Joe, throw me in jail. I know your buddy Paul Pontious is going to jail you should join him. You read my blog every day more that that crap lakeashtonliving. Would you believe he wants me to call him to disgust this matter. Joe, I don't talk to bully's or dishonest people. Resign Joe, nobody likes you. you have no friends here, just enemies. Would you believe he gets paid $137,000 a year doing nothing.
Why don't you send June Young a letter, she had her young daughter living her for six months, she is just 40 years old renting my house. Do it Joe this is a serious violation. Do your Job Joe! We will have two openings on the CDD in 2012 and 4 openings on the HOA in 2011. I nominate Barb Salvin. We could not ask for a more caring, sensitive, loving individual. She is very inteligent and does her homework. She always conducts herself in a businesslike and professional manner. She is willing to listen to all sides of the issue. If you disagree with her she will listen to you and agree to disagree. She holds no grudges and will not attack anyone personally. We need this caring and loveable person to represent us.

The HAHOV committee investigates problems and look into illegal activities such as BINGO PAUL. We also have connections with state and local agencies, law enforcement and the Ledger. We do report to the CDD and to the HOA but most of the time to authorities. We are a independent investigating committee.

i want to speak for all the people who have felt john chickness did his very best for the community.
we didn't always agree with the way he attempted to handle things. we didn't always agree with his opinions. But we want to thank him for his work on behalf of the land owners in lake ashton. He worked very hard, against great odds to keep costs down and our community special.

NEWS BULLETIN PAUL PONTIOUS second article in the series
All information was seen by me on the forensic report given to us, the HAHOV committee, showing all the transactions on all four bank accounts. Every check that Paul Pointious wrote is recorded on this report. Paul and all his associates will have to go to court and testify. Bingo Paul is in very, very deep and serious trouble. Paul was having a hell of a good time writing everyone of his friends checks. and taking them all out to expensive restaurants. In otherwords he was stealing the Bingo players money and placing it in his pocket and using it for whatever he so please . He was the boss and the controller and no one is going to tell him what to do with it. Not one cent was ever given to the HOA which it was suppose to be given! They and they alone will decide what charity it was to be given. Bingo Paul has always called me an idiot and everywhere he saw my name in the clubhouse he wrote idiot next to my name. Well I guess we all know who the idiot is. Paul will, without question will be a inmate in the correctional institution. With a little luck, a few of is friends will keep him company, friend like Frank Ota and Joe Ferreira.
Paul Pontious shredded all the files on Bingo expenses, this alone is a crime and a serious offense and Bingo Paul should have been dismiss from being on the HOA. Dave Ross is part of this mess and now we have Carol Pontious to deal with. There is reason to believe that she and her Bingo husband help in shredding all the files on Bingo. It was too incriminating. How stupid can you get, every check he wrote is on file at the bank and with the right connection you can get that file. Paul is not too smart and he will pay the price and penalty.
To steal money from charity is as low as anyone can get, I hope he rots in hell.

NEWS BULLETIN: The CDD elections were fixed
The Pontious were taken all the Bingo helpers out to Tampa for a $150 a plate dinner for a total of $8,250.00 plus on a special rental charter bus costing $3,100. 55 people were on that bus. This bingo money should have been for charity not for Buses or Dinners. Why is he taken all the Bingo helpers plus others out to a very special and high price dinner. He also took out all the HOA members including Dave Ross out also to dinner. That is why Dave Ross does not want to get rid of Bingo Paul. Who else would take Mr Dave Ross out for dinner. Everyone is on the take. The Pontious were always taken people out to dinner ever since he took over Bingo. They bought every one's vote. How could they lose? They bought everyone. Chickness, Fuller and Cruz never had a chance. The elections was fixed. The Pontious dream was to control this community. This information was given to me by a forensic accountant attorney. All the profit money that they took in from the concession stand they have never paid taxes on it until after Jan of this year, and that was when he had to resign from Bingo. The IRS would be very interested in knowing this. The report also states that the 50/50 money were used illegally and very little was given to charity. It said he gave large sums of money to the veterans, but the veterans fund were run by Frank Ota. $300 was paid to some guy for storage each month. Storage for what? Pontious had 4 bank accounts and he was always switching money from one bank account to the other. Frank Ota was also receiving more money to pay the electric, this money is missing, gone, where did it go? CDD never received it. He seems Paul will have a few of his friends to join him in the slammer. No wonder Frank Ota isn't speaking to me. Is Frank Ota the storage guy? I know he was the veteran fund receiver. We are still adding up the totals and it is a big mess. Always switching funds from one account to the other. This was too hot for the Bingo inspector to handle, so he gave it to another investigating crime unit. There seems like many laws were broken and there be a large number of charges the Pontious will have to face. All documents will be delivered to the state attorney for investigating and prosecution this coming Monday.
