FREE LUNCH AND DRINKs

Since we been here we have had 3 free lunches by owner.  If we lived in give me money, no sidewalks community LAKE ASHTON you will never see free lunches or coffee.  We also have free pot luck, free coffee every morning , free movies and shows.   More than 100 homes are now being build and people are moving in before they are done.  Hundreds of new NEW  stores and no trash homes near by.  Wets lands are less than two miles away.  Great fishing just miles away.  This community is so much better.  My mate wants no part of Lake Ashton and she  does not want to go back.  This lake Ashton is crap.  They have no love for anyone.  If you play golf you can play 18 holes for $30.00 or less.  The club house is almost twice the size of Lake Ashton.  I hate going there, Any Community that refuse you to write your own blog and bans you from using the club house is trash.  No way in HELL would I recommend anyone to live in this controlled community. of give me money and they let anybody in.   NO NO this is not a private community.  That is why there are so many homes being broken into and they won't let you know. 

Bush and Obama in a Barber Shop

a different barber, not a word was spoken. The barbers were even afraid to start a conversation, for fear it would turn to politics.

Lake Ashton loves to FINE residents for almost nothing at all.  They received $1,000 every year from Lake Ashton residents.  Also over $200 in late fees.  Are you still paying for the dumb MX which you never ordered.  By law you are not required to pay for this service.  Golf fees over $3,600 a year. What a rip off.  In some communities its free.  The Villages don't charge nothing if you are a home owner.  The fat lady gets over $200 for doing the Ashtonliving.net web site.  And it goes on and on and on.  This no sidewalk community sure has its problems.  Don't get hit by a car.  And they call this a 55 plus private community.  They let everybody in.

Fools paying $3600 for golf!

To play golf at the Villages is free.   Yes Free if you are home owner.  To pay $3600 to play golf at Lake Ashton you are a total fool.  There are so many rips off in this community,  Bingo, Monday morning meetings about their paid advertisers, why in hell do residents go?????   It is nothing but a bunch of crap by none other by Trich Adams.   FOOLS, FOOLS you are.  This is a NO SIDEWALK COMMUNITY. with lots of crime.

Georgia Marine vet loses fight to fly American, Marine Corps flags

A retired Georgia combat veteran has lost his fight to fly his American flag and U.S. Marine Corps colors outside his home in an Atlanta-area retirement community.

MyFoxAtlanta.com reports that the board of directors at Marine Capt. Jim Lowe's community in Griffin voted against changing a rule on outside decorations that threatened his patriotic display. Sun City-Peachtree's codes state that each home in the retirement community can only have one flag, but Lowe fought the rule, arguing that the traditional Marine Corps battle color is not a flag. Lowe told the station in July that he received a code violation notice from management informing him that he and his wife would face fines of up to $25 a day and a possible lien on his home if he did not remove one of the flags.

Marine Captain Jim Lowe has been told to take down either his American or Marine Corps flags that are displayed outside his home in an adult residential community in Griffin, Georgia

  
"When a bunch of arbitrary rules trump the Constitution, it's a sad date because indeed a piece of America is lost," Lowe told MyFoxAtlanta.com after the board made its decision.

The board released a statement to MyFoxAtlanta.com saying in part, "A recent poll of residents asking their opinion about a possible change in the number of flags permitted indicated no overwhelming preference for a change in the governing documents."

Lowe told the station that the board's decision is a game-changer and that he and his wife have no choice but to pack up and move out of the community.

Ask her how many homes and cars got broken into this past year.  What is going on with Larry Maxwell MX ?  After 3-4 years you would think it would be off the books, gone.  Why did Trish Adams ban me from using the ballroom.  Why did she say NO to a charity show for give kids the world?  Why did she want me to pay $375.00 for a charity show.  This place SUCKS.  Now when you get the LA Times its full of ADS.  Everyone from the outside can use the Ballroom but me, and play Bingo.  Some private community.  This place is a no sidewalk community, come to the Monday morning meetings and listen to the paid advertisers.
