Let me set the record straight.

Paul Pontious shouted at me as he was playing golf, while I was playing with my two cats in back of my house. He called me a IDIOTt. Again about a week later, as he drove by the front of my house in his golf cart and shouted IDIOT to me.

I called Joe Hunter and he said call the police. What good will that do.

Again while I was playing billiards, he came into the billiard room and called me a IDIOT in front of 20 players in the room and also said he has $20,000 and he was going to keep it.

On the bulletin board in the billiard room he wrote IDIOT next to my name.

Also in the main office he wrote IDIOT again next to my name on the Learn How to blog sheet.

All this is OK Mr Ross, Right, now the shoe is on the other foot.

Why don't you talk to your good friend Paul about this, HUN!!!!! Send him a letter! The truth hurts don't it. Its OK if he picks on me, but if I pick on him, its a different story hun? How many free dinners have you had with Bingo Paul? Answer this one Dave.

Am I reading you right ? Wasnt Bill Gabler the same person who once resigned from the HOA for not being able to provide records when he was asked for them ?

Wasnt this the same Sonny Robinson, who moved here from DEER CREEK after being asked to leave there. He was also once on the HOA ( NO )? He lost his bid to be reelected after his first 2 year term. NEAT...and the board has a person..who ran and lost by just a few votes and WANTED ON THE BOARD....Name ..... Borden Dean... Why would the board bypass Mr Dean ? Why put QUITTERS and LOSERS back of the HOA board rather than a fresh face WHO WOULD LOVE TO SERVE ?

Now we have the CDD and the HOA locked it to the bosom of the Developer.

Paul Pontious

We added all the dinner cost at the Sizzling Grill and it came up to over $9,000. But this is not all, in Tampa the cost was over $31,000. This guy has a lot of money but its not his, it belongs to charity. He even gave money to the person that puts up decorations in the club house, now she is unknowing recipient. He got many people involved even Dave Ross. He took the entire HOA members and wife's out to dinner. I could go on and on, the forensic file doesn't lied. Also he took the entire Bingo members out to dinner and countless other people.
Paul must be totally accountable for all the dinners, non charible items, taxes, buses, storage, and other non Bingo items.

All checks that he wrote must be examined to see if its his signature. When this is done charges will be hence forth. How long will this take, I have no idea. They want to be sure to connect all the dots in the right places.

My question is: Is he taken any more people out to lunch or Dinner? Will you all come forward!

For the rest of the year at Bingo, there were undercover agents playing Bingo. This case involves over $250,000, yes, over a quarter of a million dollars that was stolen and he never paid taxes on none of it. There are a large number of agents working on this case and a large number of people will be involved. This case was given to one Bingo inspector but it was just to hot to handle so he gave it to a team of investigators and they wanted to know who some of the players were. There will be a number of indictments. We have the forensic report with all names involved.

There was a case where a father and son was arrested for stealing money from Bingo, they are now out on a $50,000 bond awaiting their trial. This case is much bigger and more involved.

I personally will not say who else is involved in this Bingo Scam, just ask Paul. I remember what June Young said that this Blog is a bunch of crap. All I have to say is so is yours. Time will prove my point.

Sonny Robertson

The HOA has nominated Sonny Robertson to replaced John Castelli who felt he was too honest to stay on the HOA board with Paul Pontious.

When Paul was being question on the records of Bingo at the last meeting, it was Bill Gabler that stood up and said it was none of your business where the records are. It was also Bill Gabler that when we went for our variance at city hall to build our new addition to our home a few years ago, he said if we allow these people to get a variance than everyone will be applying for one. Where is his thinking and who invited him?? This guy thinks he is running this community.

It was Sonny Roberson and also Bill Gabler that wanted all the pick-up trucks ban from all driveways. Where is their brains, it got to be old age. They are one of a kind.

Yes, we sure have people on the board that are Lake Ashton lovers. I can't stand the guy, and would you believe Paul Pontious stood up and shook Sonny's hand at the meeting , my what a sweet couple. This community is very much corrupt.

We need a new election to nominate the HOA replacements, not by the board.

Tom Scali

Tom phrased the HOA Members on the last meeting saying they did a good job even thou they halted the meeting when Paul Pontious was being question. He said they were doing a great Job. I called him and told him that Paul is under investigation for steeling money from the Bingo players. He totally disbelieve me. How dumb can a person be? I told him we have the forensic report from all 4 bank accounts. He hung up. To each is own. Tom go hug Paul Pontious, he has destroyed the honestly of Lake Ashton and did a great deal of harm to this community and made a lot of enemies.

HAHOV Committee

Residents of this community are just sitting back eating their pop corn and watching cartoons while the HAHOV committee investigates all the corruption that is going on in this community. Believe me there is a great deal that is going on that you don't know about. You won't read it in the L A Times. The biggest scandal case is Bingo Paul stealing the Bingo's money and spending it on things that he thinks is OK. Thousands of dollars were stolen and placed in Pontious hands, no record were kept because he destroyed the records. We now have all the 4 bank accounts records of every cent he spend. Bus trips to Tampa for dinner, Flowers for reflection garden, HOA committee to dinner, many residents to dinner, buying and repairing things on the club house and grill. All this is a violation of Florida law. You people are just sitting back and let all this wrong doings go on. We, the HAVOC committee spend a great of time making this community a better place to live and get no thanks from you. Investigation takes time and money. If you feel corruption in this community is OK with you, than let it be, go watch your cartoons and eat your pop corn. We are spending a great deal of time and money out of our own pockets to make this a better place to live for you. We have done more than anyone has done to keep this place honest and clean.
