RESERVE FUND ????
Thank GOD we have a reserve fund. This was implemented 4 years ago. JAKE wanted to use it ALL UP, and then BORROW money from a BANK, or Float another BOND issue, that would have required an assessment on every resident to repay it.
ARENT we happy we have a board member like CHICKNESS with a BRAIN, who stopped EATON in his Tracks....??
Lets all PRAY tonite.....CHICKNESS RETURNS, and EATON hits the road like he does for 4 months out of the year.

June Young totally controls lakeashtonliving and she feels she can shut anyone off at ant time from using the Lake Ashton web site. She shut me off because I used the picture of the damage to the canvas when we had that gusts of wind about 6 months ago on the restaurant that she said she took. I posted it on my web site. I cannot use my password to connect to lakeashionliving, therefore I can't see when the HOA or the CDD meetings are. I believe my rights have been violated. Does she have a right to do this? We do pay her $500/mo.for this service plus. If I can't log in then I want my money refunded.

WHY ARE YOU AFRAID TO POST THIS? Why does no one remember that Chickness cost us all $50.00 extra for a reserve fund then $400 more for new contracts that still had a year to go under new pricing. Fuller had her daughter living with her most of the time she has been here which was against the 55 and over covenants rule. Chickness has been after the bingo50/50 since the beginning of bingo.He wanted to big the BIG SHOT to say what the money could be spent for. It didn't happen so he found a way to stop it. WAKE UP LAKE ASHTON AND SEE THESE PEOPLE FOR WHAT THEY ARE FRAUDS.

Here is the number 863-297-3101 to call. How low can you go to steal money from charity. As far as Ms Fuller goes that's her business. And by the way, Her daughter is handicap and she received permission to have her in her home. June Young had me put her daughter in my rented unit on Aberdeen St. She got no permission. She was only about 35. June Young can do any thing she wants because she is in with the developer. She can take her Web site and.................
I am a voter in the CDD East. WHY would I vote for a former New Jersey COP who plasters his name of TECO telephone poles. Does that not say something about this guy? The Sheriffs Code Enforcement took the ILLEGAL signs down and stated, " He will be given a Citation and pay a FINE "
I am looking to vote for those who I feel are GOOD , SOLID, HONEST, LEADERS. EATON does not fit the bill for me.
MY vote will be cast for CHICKNESS, CRUZ, FULLER.
I feel they are HONEST and have the RESIDENTS concern ... FIRST and FOREMOST in mind..

I have also been a resident for several years. I was not able to attend the last HOA meeting. We had my son his wife and my grandchildren visiting. We came in the rear entrance to the club house (we were going to lunch in the dinning room) when we passed the cinema and were appalled by what we heard and saw. Barb Salvin was screemin expletives. I will give this lady the benefit of the doubt and call her a lady. How would she feel if her family heard an adult cussing in this matter. Meanwhile the heavy set guy was outside the theater screaming and acting in a threatening matter. I later learned he charged another member in the theater. These people you will never see at Monday morning coffee meeting, on the golf course, at social events and dances, in the restaurant, at Bingo, volunteering for Give Kids the World,Adopt a Road, at the swimming pool, etc. If they are so angry, why are they here. In addition, everybody knows that this website may be Ed King's, but is controlled by Salvin and Rawls.

I must admit, John has always been HONEST and UP-FRONT with me each time I asked him a question or asked for his assistance.
What more can I ask for in a CDD candidate ? I may not always get the answer I might like, but I will get an answer, and if he does not have it, he will research the answer and come back to me ASAP, unlike other CDD board members whos name I will not mention...YOU KNOW WHO THEY ARE !!
With this RACE winding down, I have not heard ...
( 1 ) negative word from him about the other Candidates. He replys " Let the best candidate win "
Personally......I think that is JOHN CHICKNESS SR.
