President of HOA is honest and Sincere

After all these years we now have a HOA president who is Honest and Sincere and is not shy in speaking the truth. He knows that the roads are in need of repair. Also Jake Eaton who will stand up to all the problems that Lake Ashton as developed. Let us all support these new HOA committee members . They don't received a red cent for their service.

Approx 70 Core Samples will be done on July 17 on Roads

The roads will be cored on Thursday July 17 AM.. Appox 70 samples will be taken at that time.

Any statements made about the roads, one way or the other until then is simply and opinion not based on FACT.

The results will be shared with all residents in the near future

Lake Ashton West Walk Away

Two people walk away from their homes in Lake Ashton West, These were specs homes. Both own two homes here at Lake Ashton West. Just couldn't afford to hang on to them any longer. MX, Taxes, Fees, Ins.; Etc.

CDD has hired a security firm

The CDD has hired a security firm to find out Lake Ashton Problems about break-in's. I can't figure this one out. What are they going to come up with to solve this break-in problem. Any Answers??????

Police on bikes

HOA has provided money to purchase bikes for the police to ride here in Lake Ashton. I hope they don't go over the speed limit.

Veterans Memorial

Once again the president of the Veterans Club has to tell the residents of Lake Ashton that the people of Lake Ashton will not have to pay a red cent to cover any cost of the Veterans Memorial. All bills will be paid for by the Veterans. Doesn't anyone listen anymore.

Drill samples of Roads

The HOA said about 70 to 100 drill samples were taken and the results should be in soon or should we listen to Paul Pontious. Who is telling the truth?

HOA meeting or sales meeting

This HOA meeting was a sales meeting with Weber Pest Management who is trying to get a foot hold in Lake Ashton. He does not have a single house here that he does business with, yet the HOA some how contacted his company to make a 20-25 minute speech. They want only one company that is bonded with all employees being check for criminal records. and for one Service Company or maybe more to do all the lawns etc and once they get in here, they will raise their price and we will have no one else to go to except the other one if there's another one.. What are they thinking of?????? There is no where we can stop the thefts from coming in Lake Ashton. Thefts just tell them at the gate, I wish to eat at the restaurant. The gate goes up, end of story.

Paul Pontious big mistake

Paul seems to think he is still president of the HOA and still giving statements that are not true. He said core samples were taken of roads and they were all in good shape. This is not true. He was only told this and it was not in writing. Why is he making such a statement when it was not true. Did Joe Hunter tell him to make this statement. Paul, go do your homework.

Window was broken 3 times

While taking my daily walk, I met a gofer that had his window broken 3 times by unknown gofers on Dunmore Drive. Some golfers have no respect for their residents windows. Lake Ashton has no interest in having a pot full of money filled by golfers to pay for damages.
