Thank you, Jake, Margo, Carol, and Brenda! You should keep the $178,000 because most of the residents don't need it to pay their MX bill anyhow. Most of them don't even realize they overpayed this amount to the CDD. I say keep the money and use it for your pet projects, and to hell with fair play.
