Refunable Deposit

We have a Joe Hunter Pal who lives in Paradise. He says you are given the covenants when you put down a deposit and it is refundable. This is bull. Lake Ashton developer still has my $5,000 deposit that I put down Three years ago on a new RV home that I was going to buy. They lied about the taxes being low, CDD and the MX and they never gave me the covenants or my money back after I found out how high the taxes were. I had to go to the sales office after I bought another resale home and pick up the 2 Lb book of covenants. Yes, there is a lot of sick people out there and I think he was the guy who made the mess in the Hot Tub the other day, and he is always on my web site. Please go read the L.A. Times or go jump in the Hot Tub. Its your cup of tea.

Asking Tricia Adams to published KKK Blog

I am asking Tricia Adams to published the fact that the Veterans Club invited the KKK Grand Dragon John Paul Rogers to be guest speaker at their Club here at Lake Ashton. A person who at one time hated the blacks but now he has change for the good. Do you think she will published it in the L. A. Times. I won't hold my breath, this is Paradise. I E-Mail the Blog as shown below to Tricia Adams @ tadams@lakeashton.com

City Commissioner KKK John P. Rogers

Yes, I am very much surprise he did not show up in white robes with a hood and a burning cross. This guy use to be the former Florida Grand Dragon of the United Klans of America. He was here at the ballroom at Lake Ashton invited to speak at the Veterans Club. The only reason why he switch is because the Klan went bankrupt after the state of Alabama won a Seven Million dollar judgment from the Klan for the family of a man who was lynched by the KKK. All of their assets was seized. The Klan is a hate organization who hate blacks, similar to Germany's Nazis who hated the Jews. If the KKK had not been sued, and lost all their assets, John P. Rogers would still be in the KKK as the Grand Dragon. I'm sorry, you don't change over night and for him to speak here at Lake Ashton is a public disgrace for the residents here in this community I feel the Veterans club made a big mistake and a very bad decision.

Where is the Money Going?

The average house is paying $1,315.00 Maintenance fee. There are 1200 homes here in Lake Ashton Lets add it up. 1200 times $1,315.00 equals $1,578,000. That my friend is a lot of money. Where is the money going? Since I've lived here I have not seen any statements that tells you where the money is going? Why, I find this very unusual. On top of this you have the CDD which the developer got us paying, another $1000 a year. This helps pay for the roads that he should have paid for out of his own pocket. Now you have the MX fee $71.00. $71.00 times 1200 homes equals $85,200 a month or $1,022,400 a year. How much does it really cost to have cable here at Lake Ashton? So many questions remain to be answered. I feel it is about time we all find out what the expenses are.

Hawaiian Luau

Two hula dancers were dancing last night and would you believe one was 83 years old. You should have seen her swing her hips. Some woman at that age can't even walk, this lady was full of it. Happy Hula to you.
