With the holidays coming up, I can see where this could be a real problem.
The newest virus circulating is the UPS/Fed Ex/USPS Delivery Failure. You will receive an e-mail from UPS, Fed Ex, or USPS along with a packet number. It will say that they were unable to deliver a package sent to you on such-and-such a date. It then asks you to print out the invoice copyattached. DON'T TRY TO PRINT THIS. IT LAUNCHES THE VIRUS! Pass this warning on to all your PC operators at work and home. This virus has caused Millions of dollars in damage in the past few days. Snopes confirms that it is real.

As the story goes, the guy that owns this house lives north of Cincinnati, Ohio ..  Police were constantly being called for traffic jams and accidents in the neighborhood so they asked him to shut it down during certain hours.  Instead he started charging by car load to pay off duty police to be there.  The guy is supposedly a real computer GEEK.

The world's oldest living dog died in Japan this week. How many years old was he?

  Click to Answer

Circus Show at the Club house.

Yes, it was a grand circus, but only about 20 residents shown up out of 2,000.  In other words just 1%.    Yes Paul Pontious, Frank Ota and smiling Joe Ferrieri were there but they were not sitting together or holding hands.  As I walked out, they were not to happy seeing me and they never looked up and said a word.   I guess I spoil their free dinners by the Bingo players.  Carol Pontious looked like she gain weight by all that free food they bought with the Bingo money.  What a show, I just had to walk out, I just could not take it any more.  Talked with a few people and they said if they knew what was going on in here they would never have bought their home here at Lake Ashton.

Margo Stevens complain about the new rain gutters on the club house, she says they are too small.  Who is she an engineer?  Go back to knitting, Margo, please, I just can't take it any more.

Circus Show starts at 9am. at Club house.

Cute little pig ...That was killed in King's Point, Sun City Center , FL. They call them Piney Wood Rooter's.
There was a documentary on about a month ago about these PIGS growing up rapidly in the US .
Evidently they're all over Georgia , Alabama , Arkansas , Missouri , Florida and other states.
Did you ever wonder what happens to those people that just leave home and disappear but their car is found out on a dirt road?
Between bigfoot and these monsters, I think we know!
This one was killed by a Medical Radiology worker...
What would you do if this beast was coming at you?
Run for dear life?
Climb a tree? Or simply get run over?

By Melissa Bagg
Published December 7, 2011

BOCA RATON, Fla. - It may not sound like a lot of money, but an unpaid $120 bill could force a Boca Raton family out of their home.

Asher Essebag has lived in a Boca Del Mar home for 12 years with his family, but by next month they could be forced out. He's up to date on his mortgage, but Essebag and his family are haunted by a Homeowners' Association fee he forgot to pay earlier this year.

Next thing I know, I have a police officer at my door serving me with a summons," said Essebag.
The summons read that if the fee isn't paid to the Boca Del Mar Improvement Association, he'll be foreclosed on. Essebag didn't think that would be a problem, since the fee was just $120. But it grew over time to twenty times more. Now that the Association is suing to collect the bill, it skyrocketed to $2400 to include legal fees.

"Now that they're asking for almost $2400, it's looking more like a reality. If I cannot come up with this money, I will lose this house," said Essebag.

Attorney Dan Kaskel says it's common and well within an HOA's right to use foreclosure to collect unpaid fees. But Kaskel says it's unfortunate the legal system could oust the family over what was originally a small amount.

"The fees are three times what the annual assessment was. It doesn't warrant a foreclosure over $120," said Kaskel.

Essebag, a musician and graphic artist, says $2400 isn't something he can pay overnight, but losing his house isn't an option.

"I would do anything to stay in this house. But that threat of 'pay us or we'll take your house' it's a real threat," he said.

Essebag filed for a 30-day extension with the courts, so he has until January 3rd to try and settle this. Attorneys for the HOA have not yet responded to that extension, or returned NewsChannel 5's phone calls for comment.

Who starred in the 2001 movie recalling the Attack on Pearl Harbor?

  Click to Answer

White House will not do Christmas this year! Thought you might be interested in this information from the White House..

This isn't a rumor; this is a fact. A very talented artist for several years has painted ornaments to be hung on the various White House Christmas trees. The WH sends out an invitation to send an ornament and informs the artists of the theme for the year.

She got her letter from the WH recently. It said that they would not be called 'Christmas Trees' this year. They will be called 'Holiday Trees'.. And to please not send any ornaments painted with a religious theme. She was very upset at this development and sent back a reply telling them that she painted the ornaments for Christmas trees and would not be sending any for display that left Christ out of Christmas.

Just thought you should know what the new  residents in the WH plan for the future of America. If you missed his statement that "we do not consider ourselves a Christian Nation" this should confirm that he plans to take us away from our religious foundation as quickly as possible. Just another step toward turning America away from Christianity! We should shout to the highest hills that the White House is ours - not the Obama's, and 85% of Americans believe in Christ (Christmas).

You have two choices, delete or pass it on.*

The US Air Force dumped the cremated, partial remains of at least 274 troops in a landfill before halting the secretive practice in 2008, the Washington Post reported Thursday.
The procedure was never formally authorized or disclosed to senior Pentagon officials, who conducted a review of the cremation policies of Dover Air Base -- the main point of entry for US war dead -- in 2008, the Post said.
Nor was the dumping ever disclosed to the families of the fallen troops, who had authorized the military to dispose of the remains in a respectful and dignified manner, the Post said, citing Air Force officials.
The newspaper quoted officials as saying that a precise count of the remains disposed of at a Virginia landfill would require searching through the records of 6,300 troops whose remains have passed through Dover since 2001.
An additional group of 1,762 remains -- which could not undergo DNA testing because they were badly damaged or burned -- were also disposed of in this manner, the Post said, citing the Air Force.
Defense officials could not immediately be reached for comment.
Last month investigators said they had found "gross mismanagement" at the US Air Force mortuary, with body parts lost and remains mishandled.
After allegations from whistle-blowers, an Air Force probe found that two "portions of the remains" of fallen troops had been lost and uncovered other problems at the morgue.
New procedures have been put in place at the mortuary and the commander at the morgue, a colonel, together with two civilian officials were disciplined over the episode but not sacked.
The Dover affair echoes a scandal that erupted last year at Arlington National Cemetery, the country's hallowed ground for war dead. Investigators there uncovered cases of misidentified remains and mismanagement.
Following an Army probe, the conduct at Arlington is now the subject of a criminal investigation.
The Blind Man In A Bar

A blind man wanders into an all-girls biker bar by mistake... He finds his way to a bar stool and orders some coffee.  After sitting there for a while, he yells to the bar tender, "Hey, wanna hear a blonde joke?"

The bar immediately falls absolutely silent. In a very deep, husky voice, the woman next to him says, "Before you tell that joke, sir, I think it is only fair -- given that you are blind -- that you should know five things:

1. The bartender is a blonde girl with a baseball bat.

2. The bouncer is a blonde girl.

3. I'm a 6 foot tall, 175 lb. blonde woman with a black belt in karate.

4. The woman sitting next to me is blonde and a professional weightlifter.

5. The lady to your right is blonde and a professional wrestler.

Now, think about it seriously, Mister. Do you still wanna tell that joke?"

The blind man thinks for a second, shakes his head, and mutters, "No... Not if I'm gonna have to explain it  five times."

Finkelstein and Jesus:
Jesus was wandering around Jerusalem when he decided that he really needed a new robe.

After looking around for a while, he saw a sign for Finkelstein, the Tailor.

So, he went in and made the necessary arrangements to have Finkelstein prepare a new robe for him. A few days later, when the robe was finished, Jesus tried it on -- and it was a perfect fit!

He asked how much he owed.

Finkelstein brushed him off: "No, no, for the Son of God there's no charge!

However, may I ask for a small favor. Whenever you give a sermon, perhaps you could just mention that your nice new robe was made by Finkelstein, the Tailor?"

Jesus readily agreed and as promised, extolled the virtues of his Finkelstein robe whenever he spoke to the masses.

A few months later while Jesus was again walking through Jerusalem , he happened to walk past Finkelstein's shop and noted a huge line of people waiting for Finkelstein's robes.

He pushed his way through the crowd to speak to him and as soon as Finkelstein spotted him he said: "Jesus, Jesus, look what you've done for my business!

Would you consider a partnership?"

"Certainly," replied Jesus.

"Jesus & Finkelstein it is."

"Oh, no," said Finkelstein.

"Finkelstein & Jesus.

After all... I am the craftsman."

"I understand, Mr. Finkelstein.. but I am the son of God," Jesus replied.
The two of them debated this for some time.

Their discussion was long and spirited, but ultimately fruitful. They finally came up with a mutually acceptable compromise. A few days later.. the new sign went up over Finkelstein's shop:

Circus show on Dec 9 at the Club House at 9am. Carol Pontous will be the star attraction with Margo Stevens crying in the background.

 : Fw: BEAR...a shy one meybe ?

The guy shooting this video is deer hunting from his tree stand, when an adult-aged black bear moseys into the clearing directly below his tree.  What the bear does when it looks up the tree and sees the hunter may surprise you.  It looks like a special "oh crap!" moment, but this guy appears to be one cool customer ... either that, or he had a video camera in one hand and a .44 magnum in the other!

The moral of this story must be "If confronted by an adult-aged black bear, just be calm and act cool ... then calmly ask the bear a question."

Supreme Court rules no Nativity scene in DC

The Supreme Court has ruled that there cannot be a Nativity Scene in the United  States' Capital this Christmas season.

This isn't for any religious reason.  They simply have not been able to find Three Wise Men in the Nation's Capitol.

A search for a Virgin continues.

There was no problem, however, finding enough asses to fill the stable.

Tricia Adams

Tricia has taken over Do Nothing Joe Hunter Old Job as community director.  What in hell does she know about being a director of a community?  All she does is wear low cut shirts and make her face petty.  I have now given up on this community.  What a bunch of dumb people running this place.

Paul Pontious thinks he is in charge of this community with his wife and him, both are still under criminal investigation, and also not paying state and federal income taxes.  What a place to live, a bunch of idiots are now in total control of Lake Ashton.
