Reply to the HOA Article on Pets

Yes, there should be a limit on the amount of dogs you have in your home, but then again, its your constitutional right as an American to do what ever you want inside your home. I am sure the Judge will throw out that ruling.
They also said that the dog or dogs must be leashed in your garage or lanai which is part of your home. Shame on them.

You must also have a reasonable number of topical fish and birds in your home. I did not realizes that they make a lot of noise. I suppose they also must be kept on a lease.

People with three cats must get rid of their third cat, its like getting rid of your child.

Where are the HOA board coming from? Russia? If the pets roam outside your home than the HOA has a right to complain but if the pets remain in your home than they have no right to tell you what you have to do with your pets.
