HOA Board has invaded your home

This is a copy of the article they wrote in the June Issue of L. A. Times

The HOA Board of Directors thought this would be a way to communicate some helpful hints regarding our covenants. This column will be publishing an an item of our covenant from time to time. We are going to feature from page 22 of 54 (section 5.25) which states: there shall not be more than two (2) commonly accepted household pets such as a dog or cat, and a reasonable number of tropical fish or caged birds may be kept in a living unit and shall not be permitted to roam free. So let's keep our dogs and/or cats on a leash when we are walking them, and remember to pick up any waste and dispose of it in a waste container. Pets may not be left unattended or leashed in yards, garages, or on porches or lanais. Enjoy your summer and thank you for your help in keeping Lake Ashton the pristine clean community we all love.
