Did you read the article on page 3 of the L A Times, June issue??????
You are to have no more than 2 household pets inside your home. Now the HOA is telling you what to have inside your private home. And also you must have a reasonable number of tropical fish or birds in your own private home. Where are we in china, Russia or America? You people with 3 cats or 3 dogs or too many fish, you must destroy the extra cat or dog or fish. This is not a community but a institution.
