Do you all realize that this blog and the AdHoc Committee members are destroying this community. When you continue to publish anti and negative comments about the community it hurts all of us including you. Customers have decided not to buy in lake Ashton because of this blog. This has an adverse effect on our Home values. You can not be anti developer, anti HOA, anti CDD, anti Management group, anti Bingo, anti community director, anti activities director, anti residents and think that you contribute to this community. When was the last time something nice was said about Lake Ashton?
Nothing nice has developed in this community
We pay the MX bill but the developer has taken out the ADT money and placing it in his pocket.
He screwed us on the roads
He doesn't own the boat dock land and we are paying him rental fees
He placed second hand bowling machines in the bowling alleys.
He lowered the clubhouse 2-3 feet. He was told that it must be higher.
He charged us CDD fees for the lands and has he got into building the lands he double the fees.
He stole our coffee money on Monday Mornings.
He is taken a percentage of Security for himself.
He is charging us a cable fee called MX and keeping a fee.
THE RESIDENTS OF LAKE ASHTON DON'T GIVE A DAM. GIVE LARRY MORE MONEY SO HE CAN PAY HIS BILLS. SUCKERS!

Plus we have a idiot that stole all the Bingo money, 55/55 and concession money and spend it all on himself and his friends.
