If our HOA will do Nothing to help us...Here is my suggestion....
STARTING NOW... DO NOT PAY YOUR MX BILL.....
what can they do...? Cancel you service ? Is this not what we have wanted all along ?
Brighthouse and Adt are both fine companies. MX is the culprit here.
Bottom line...We residents should have a choice.
Do you think Maxwell and Company will file an assessment on every home in Lake Ashton ? I think not....BUT they will listen... and give us a choice.
Finally... What do we pay $60.00 a year to the HOA annually for dues to do ? They have close to $200,000 dollars in the bank. Then all we get is lip service, starting with DAVE ROSS.
Lets make them accountable...
