Oath of Office for Mr. Jim Lee
Mr. Flint: Mr. Lee was re-elected to the board some time ago and was never
given the oath of office, but I have been told he wants to resign. Is that correct?
Mr. Schreiber: Yes.
Mr. Flint: Do we have a copy of his resignation letter?
Mr. Schreiber: Yes. I need to forward it to you, George.
Mr. Flint: Would the board like to go ahead and accept that at this time?
On MOTION by Mr. Schreiber seconded by Mr.
Baxley with all in favor Mr. Lee's resignation letter was accepted.
Mr. Mackenzie Terrell was appointed to the unexpired term of office.
