Last year, Jeff Salvin, president of the CDD here at Lake Ashton pass away. The L A Times never once told the residents he pass away. This was about 2 months before he had his last appearance at the CDD meeting.
Barbara Salvin decided to write an article about her late husband and gave it to the The Ledger to be published.
