Per your request, please find attached all correspondence in the CDD's possession related to the 2003/2004 insurance claim for hurricane damage to the CDD assets.  Please note that included in this correspondence is a letter that was received by District Counsel last Friday prior to her leaving on vacation.  In an effort to be responsive to your request, I have included the recent letter but please understand that the District staff has not had an opportunity to discuss the correspondence or prepare a response.
