Canopy on patio

The insurance Co. has paid for the damage canopy out in the patio $100,000 long ago. Yet no work has been done to repair it. Joe has no time to do these things, he does not get paid enough $137,000 and this money is down the tubes. This place is taken everyone for a ride.
