Dear Governor Charlie Crist, Dear Lt. Governor Jeff Kottkamp, Dear Senators, Dear State Representatives, Friends and Members,
it's the time of the year where everybody talks about Christmas. And everybody knows the story about the "Grinch who stole Christmas!" We have here in Florida every year board presidents "competing" for the award of the "Community Association Grinch." So far, according to the headlines of the Florida media, this year's award goes to Tom Ferguson, president of the Villagio at Estero Condominium Associations, who sent out letters to community members threatening owners with fines, if Christmas lights and other decorations weren’t removed immediately.
