Jake Eaton
I wish to thank Jake Eaton for sticking up for me at the CDD meeting. Being a cop and knowing the law helps in this case. How dumb can the rest of the CDD board be? They all don't have brains and you know where they keep them. If you had gone to the meeting on Friday the 13th you would know what I mean. Ms Margo Stevens was quick to second the vote. She is still concern about the diameter of the down spout. All I have to say to her is go back to your knitting and watch the cartoons on TV. Hay, what happen to the fire side chat? I listen to her once and I was surprise at all her dumb answers.
Warren Buffett, in a recent interview with CNBC, offers one of the best quotes about the debt ceiling:
"I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just
pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more
than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible
for re-election.
The 26th amendment (granting the right to vote for 18 year-olds)
took only 3 months & 8 days to be ratified! Why? Simple!
The people demanded it. That was in 1971 - before computers, e-mail,
cell phones, etc.
Of the 27 amendments to the Constitution, seven (7) took one (1) year
or less to become the law of the land - all because of public pressure.
Warren Buffet is asking each addressee to forward this email to
a minimum of twenty people on their address list; in turn ask
each of those to do likewise.
In three days, most people in The United States of America will
have the message. This is one idea that really should be passed
around.
Congressional Reform Act of 2011
1. No Tenure / No Pension.
A Congressman/woman collects a salary while in office and receives no
pay when they're out of office.
2. Congress (past, present & future) participates in Social
Security.
All funds in the Congressional retirement fund move to the
Social Security system immediately. All future funds flow into
the Social Security system, and Congress participates with the
American people. It may not be used for any other purpose.
3. Congress can purchase their own retirement plan, just as all
Americans do.
4. Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise.
Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3%.
5. Congress loses their current health care system and
participates in the same health care system as the American people.
6. Congress must equally abide by all laws they impose on the
American people.
7. All contracts with past and present Congressmen/women are void
effective 1/1/12. The American people did not make this
contract with Congressmen/women.

Congress made all these contracts for themselves. Serving in
Congress is an honor, not a career. The Founding Fathers
envisioned citizen legislators, so ours should serve their
term(s), then go home and back to work.

only take three days for most people (in the U.S.) to receive
the message. Don't you think it's time?

June Young asked Trish Adams if she could eliminate the discussion web page on her web site. Because June says only about 2% of the people read it. 2% She is so full of shit, you tell me why I get over 50 hits a day or 125,000 hits in two years. This sound like we have another big lair, a really big lair in this Business community. Proof will follow this story. This is a must read!
LARRY MAXWELL, DEVELOPER is still in control of this busness called Lake Ashton community.
Trish Adams is related to Larry Maxwell and is now the director of this community. She now is sitting next to George Flint one of Maxwell employee's. Once again why do we need lawyers on the CDD board. Why, because he gets a cut from there salary. This place is so sick, they don't want anyone to say the truth about this business OR ELSE. Van Sickle call the police on me, Joe Hunter lied about me putting my business card on the golf cart when in fact I was in Boston at the time, now Trish Adams and her Maxwell friends ban me from using the Club House. Is this the best they can do? They don't want anyone to tell the truth about the cost of Management and legal fees. 50% of our maintenance fees goes for this. 50% of our money goes to hell. The people of this community just don't care. Why don't you send your money over to me, I can put it to some good used. This community should be renamed "Give me your money Maxwell community".

Thish Adams
I made her day. She is as happy as when a pig shits. All she does now is watch all the video's as to who comes in and who goes out. This is all she can do except steal the money from the residents for doing nothing. Nothing and way over price for a person doing nothing except having her shirt open way up so you can see a little something. She is sick.
CDD 50% of our money goes for management and Legal fees
Why is there two or more lawyers at the CDD meeting? All they do is correct words and spelling. They are useless on the board. Why are we paying these guys? If there is a problem, they would get hold of a law firm. More money gone to hell. Larry Maxwell gets a cut from their salary and all homes that are sold. I am telling you that these guys are NOT needed at any meetings. Most communities don't have lawyers at their meeting, why should we? This is a big joke. No one has the guts to tell them they are not needed
